We ordered 2 subs and 2 pesto pasta salads last night. Got home to realize, the 2 pesto pasta salads were outdated and to be USED by 8/8 and 8/9. We bought them on 8/10 towards the end of day! I called the store only to be told they don’t know what they want me to do! I told them i wasnt eating it and wanted my money back, i was told they cant do that! I told them i am afraid to eat the subs, because if they had day dots on their pasta salad and still sold it to me, who is to say the meats and produce are in date too! The manager then told me” they should be alright to eat, they just have to put those stickers on there”( Yes sir, for quality and freshness)Then i was told by a “Manager” im sorry if you get sick and was hung up on!

The regular size Vito I ordered had absolutely no meat on it at all! It was only tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. By the time we got the order home, they were closed. I understand it may have been close to closing time, but this is not acceptable. It is such a disappointment and should not be something I need to check prior to leaving the store.

I love Jimmy John’s, I used to work at Jimmy John’s, and I love eating there still. Went in to this location and was the only in-shop customer and waited almost 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made. The people working made me feel like my business couldn’t have inconvenienced them any more. The PIC was openly using the F word (there was a family with children dining in) and the other employees were also swearing and had little to no cognizance of the customers in the restaurant. It takes a lot for me to feel the need to post a review online. Rough look for a franchise I’ve always enjoyed and love supporting.

Every single time i order from here something gets left behind . Pickle , chips ,drink or wrong drink even . Last week I ordered 35$ in food and they forgot the chips . But they did offer me a free sub on my next order which I got today . But guess what the pop was wrong . Manager said they will bring it right out . Still waiting on that pop.
