Had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! I ordered the cold veggie sandwich and a cold chicken wrap, and both were fresh and made perfectly. The ingredients tasted crisp and high quality, and everything was prepared quickly.

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but what happened to me at the Jimmy John’s on [insert location] deserves to be shared with the world.
I recently lost my brother, and the grief has been overwhelming. On one of the worst days, when I truly shouldn’t have been out in public, I walked into Jimmy John’s completely falling apart. I was crying, shaking, and honestly just trying to breathe.
Most people would have ignored me — or pretended not to notice.
But George, working behind the counter that day, didn’t look away.
He looked right at me and gently asked if I was okay. And it wasn’t the polite, automatic kind of question people ask when they hope you’ll say “I’m fine.” It was sincere. It was human. It was someone seeing me when I felt invisible.
When I told him I wasn’t okay, he didn’t judge, didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off. Instead, he softly asked if it would be alright for him to give me a hug. I said yes — because in that moment, I desperately needed that human connection.
He hugged me.
He prayed for me and my family.
He made me feel held, seen, and supported in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.
I walked into Jimmy John’s broken, but I walked out feeling just a little less alone. And sometimes, that tiny bit of comfort is everything.
The food was great, of course — but this review isn’t about sandwiches.
It’s about George, and the kind of compassion you can’t train into someone. Jimmy John’s, please recognize the incredible person you have working for you. He didn’t just serve a customer that day.
He helped carry a grieving woman through one of the hardest moments of her life.
And I will never forget him for that.

Went through the drive-thru and the person on the speaker was about as friendly as warts. When we went to the window again no smile no hello no nothing handed us our sandwich and shut the window. Honestly can’t tell you much about the sandwich as it was for someone else.

I come to this jimmy john’s all the time, i always order the exact same thing. Today, i ordered a slim 3 which is just tuna and i added cheese. this is what was on the sandwich. when i asked the worker, he said “yeah, only one scoop comes on it. sorry.” and i had to ask for a plastic fork to spread it around myself. two stars because the other worker who helped at the register walked over to my table to ask if i wanted more because he saw that there was barely anything on it. he was very kind and i appreciated him asking.
