WOW, I never thought I would give a 1 star to the place I love eating at. But when you sever me , what it felt like was half a sandwich or better yet half the bread on top where all my toppings were falling off,as I tried eating it. It was just sad! I only ate half of my sandwich . I spent more time picking up the droppings. Shame on you guys!! I probably won’t return for a while, I was that disappointed because I’m sure the sandwich would have tasted perfect ? if it was done right!!
Ok, guys going to let you know what happened after this review! The owner called and deeply apologized and said that should’ve never happened and he explained that the toasted bread shrinks a bit and that was a bit too much. So that shouldn’t happen again. I got store credit for my next sandwich so I’m very pleased. He’ll also be talking to his staff! Thank you for making my day and my next experience with your delicious sandwiches at your store!

I’ve been to many Jimmy John’s across the country (traveling for work) and this store is one of the friendliest, efficient, and consistent locations I have been to. The food is great of course, but it is the staff that sets this location apart. It may be because I order quite regularly so I get to see and experience it frequently, but the staff in the store genuinely seem to care about the food they serve as well as the guests. I could go on, it I hope they know that their efforts are noticed and appreciated!!

I ordered catering pick up for 2 dozen people for a very important event. I received a call just double checking my order before they started it, which I really appreciated. I picked it up and received wonderful service! They packed everything you could think of in my order! Napkins, forks, knives, condiments, plates even! They did an excellent job with the packing of it. Well done!

My wife and I stopped for lunch yesterday after a very stressful doctor’s appointment. She ordered a #9 with no onions. I was too tired to even look up the board so I said “I’ll have the same.” We received our sandwiches and sat in the dining room. My wife opened up her sandwich and said, “This one has onions on it”. The one I was holding in my hand did not. Empathizing with the past two weeks I’ve had she says, “I’ll just pick these off and you can have the sandwich without onions”. I appreciated her kindness and we began to eat our lunch. Later, a Jimmy John’s employee approached us. He said, “l couldn’t help notice you picking the onions off of your sandwich.” “Did you order it without onions?” We told him that we both ordered #9 without onions and received one with and one without. At that point he gave us a very genuine apology. Which I greatly appreciate. He also sent us on our way with two #9 sandwiches, with no onions. I’m sure he had no idea how much his kindness would mean to us yesterday. While a sandwich can’t fix everything, it certainly made things better. Thank you sir!

Why…whyyy?!
This is a first world problem, I’m sorry, but I had to leave a comment. I love Jimmy John’s but when I open up my sandwich’s to find wraps, it’s like the world comes crashing down knowing I’m being robbed of that delicious JJ bread. Ordered two of that new BBQ sandwich, they made wraps. Double checked my online receipt, they’re not wraps so the mistake wasn’t on my end. I’d go back and return them but I just don’t have the time right now so I’ll eat them feeling unsatisfied at the end.
On another note, the new pesto pasta was really good, so there’s that. Please reiterate to the team to double check the orders. Thanks for all your hard work, this is the first mistake I’ve had here, keep making delicious food fast!

I have My food delivered from this place. I’ve had food from the other stores and I have not had food there since. But this one is at the medina road location and they have the Best food!!! It is so very different from the other stores. You can have your sandwich anyway you want it and can name it too. You get rewards for free food. They take pride in the Way they make the food. Love you guys too.

Honestly I’ve gone 3 times, of which our order was incorrect 2 of the 3 times and it was their fault yet we had to pay more because they incorrectly charged for our food. I’m all for paying for what I get but if it’s the merchants fault it should be on the merchant to fix it. The one employee yelled at my partner since he grabbed a bag of chips from the stand saying ” We just restocked, and put that back” he proceeded to grab a bag of chips from the back stock so we don’t mess with their restocked display. It was 30 min till close I promise you a bag of chips that we’ve paid for wouldn’t have been an issue. My sandwich was inputted as an 8″ when I clearly said 16″ after they were done making it they then alerted me of their mistake and asked me to pay for it. I said no they can keep it since it was their error, not mine. Overall just a terrible interaction.

I ordered through DoorDash but the app specified that they deliver there own food. The arrival time kept getting pushed back and my order has been preparing for a half an hour!
I’m at work and some people have specific lunch break times. Please do better in the future.

I arrived at a time when no one was in the restaurant, but people started coming in as I left with my take-out order. The counter help was patient as he walked me through the menu (unfamiliar to me), my options, and the deals offered that day.
