This is not your typical Jimmy John’s. This is by far and away the cleanest and most well-maintained Jimmy John’s I have seen anywhere in the country. The employees take service to the next level and go out of their way to be accommodating and polite and friendly. Unfortunately since covid service has taken a nosedive and is very difficult to find. Not so here. From the managers to all of the employees you will feel a sense of welcome and a genuine desire to meet the needs of their customers. Cannot more highly recommend. The food is great and the service is truly exceptional.

So this is apparently what they’re satisfied to send you when you doordash a $20.00 chicken bacon ranch sub from Jimmy John’s in Medina…. I knew before I even unwrapped it I was in for a horrible ride because it was SODDEN with liquified ranch and water (guessing from undrained lettuce??) And the bread was mush on the bottom and nearly burnt on top. The chicken was in the TINIEST of shreds, like tuna. I had ONE actual small chunk of chicken (shown) and one pathetic half strip of bacon. The gallons of liquified ranch made it inedible, I wasn’t able to take a single bite. It was like they used half water, half ranch. They should call it the RancH2O.
So I essentially lit a $20 bill on fire by ordering from Jimmy John’s, and I will NEVER be ordering here again. Inexcusable, disgusting service.

Stopped in for a quick bite. I had ordered through the app while I was in the parking lot and by the time I walked in they were almost done with my sandwich. Everyone was extremely friendly. I ordered the #7 Spicy East Cost Italian. I also picked up some day old bread while I was there. Love taking it home.

A good crew here. They are fast and mostly polite. I eat here regularly, I recommend the #13, the Sicilian toasted sub, or the Sicilian Wrap. (Some kind of italian wrap.)

Ordered online, totally user friendly system. I called the Medina store the day before just to confirm they had the online order, gal on the phone was cheerful and confirmed our order. Arrived and the order was ready to go on time the morning of our office event. I will definitely utilize their online ordering again. Food was fresh and our guests enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff at the Medina Jimmy Johns you helped me make our event a success and that is terrific!!

Tried to visit 7/27 to find them closed when you should be open and AGAIN you steal money from me. This location I will NEVER visit again. Online orders work while you are closed so you can steal money. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
Visited on 6/5/25. This one star is for the incompetent staff. I had a gift card and you don’t even know how to enter them manually. They then tell me declined. I end up paying for a sandwich that should have been on the gift card. I then check the balance when I get home and BAM card has money on it. So you take money from me when there was a balance on my card. This is the last time I ever go here. Steal someone else’s money.

I’m so tired of going to this location and receiving rude service and inaccurate orders. We used to go to Jimmy Johns regularly, but this location has went down hill over the past 5 years. Since you are always asking for a tip at this location, I’ve got one for you, learn how to take care of your customers, and you will gain more traffic. Then you can pay your people more, and you won’t have to ask your customers to offset their wages with a tip on every order.

I love to read reviews left by people who are never going to buy from here again. GREAT! Get out of line. Makes my wait shorter, because this place rocks. There may be better sub shops around, but I haven’t found them. You know who I’m talking about. I can’t say enough good about this place. I love their sandwiches.
