After placing an order for a roast beef sandwich, my husband requested that it not be toasted. After completing the order, he saw her placing it in an oven and told her once again that we did not want it toasted. The female employee replied that she was not toasting it. The sandwich arrived at home toasted. We will not be back to this location, ever!

Dont bother ordering. They hand off to Uber delivery who doesn’t deliver. Then try to tell you they cant do anything. Instead of making it right, or even a simple apology. You get a attitude on the phone. Can see why youre location was closed for so long. Better service when not there.

This is a great place with a great atmosphere and amazing staff. It’s a great place to work especially if it’s your first job and need to gain experience. Here are a few things to note if you don’t know much about this restaurant 1. Corporate controls the delivery range so if you should be complaining to anyone it’s corporate. : ) 2. This is a restaurant where bags are optional in order to maintain our freaky fast sandwich making we do not bag especially when we’re busy with multiple orders. So feel free to help yourself in that area. 3. We work hard and even if we don’t look busy we are 9/10 so to have the most pleasant experience possible listening and also speaking up and being clear is key. : )

Very weird location. The guy at the front literally had no idea what he was doing, he had to ask someone else every time I asked something. After we checked out he stared at us doing nothing until our food was done. They didn’t give us a bag or napkins

I’m glad this store is open again. However, they no longer have a delivery driver working all the time. So sometimes your order is delivered pretty quick, and others they outsource to Uber and it takes an hour. My drink also didn’t come with any kind of tamper protection, which is strange as that’s basically a 3rd party delivery standard at this point.

The lady taken my order was rude with an ignorant attitude, acting like she’s doing me a favor by taken my order. I asked her what comes on my sandwich and she was bothered. Like are you paying for my FOOD, this is your job you signed up for…. Unenthusiastic people with attitudes shouldn’t work with the public, especially at the register making people feel unwelcome when you walk in. Overall this is the most bland mainstream sub shop. The options are bland and the food is not even as good as a white bread lunch meat sandwich you make at home. If you like subs go ANYWHERE else. The only reason this place exists is because they deliver.
