We go to this location fairly often to pick up sandwiches to take to Coe Lake for picnics in the summer. It’s a good choice since we are always able to find something that we like and our pickier children will eat. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.

Always happy with Jimmy John’s in Middleburg Heights. Great sandwich, fair price, delivery is fast with great customer service. We have a lot of options around us for staff lunch and its a no brainer to go with Jimmy John’s!

Awesome subs, fast service & extremely friendly staff. The environment was exceptionally clean and the people handling the food wore gloves. The staff were mostly teen-young adult boys/men and there was an older lady who appeared to be the manager. All of the workers were polite, attentive & happy to serve & seemed content with their work environment. It was a pleasant surprise. Great company & management

Food is great and workers are very nice, but the new owner needs to fix his delivery rout! I’m 2 miles away and they won’t deliver? Also say they deliver in berea only, yet my work is 5 mins down the road (if that) and still wont deliver. Come on now.

I have been delivering from them for a year now. I really like the food, the prices are good and they come very quickly. For under 9$ I get a good sandwich, something to drink and fast service on a cold winter night, and that includes TIP. Thank JJ for coming here, we needed an alternative.

Work in the area have had their food for over a year. The food to be honest is OK at best very skimpy on meat sometimes One slice of turkey for a turkey sandwich. Today was the BLT which included RAW bacon and a piece of bread that could serve as a bat. Needless to say time to start brown bagging lunches again. I do however LOVE Jimmy Johns in North Olmsted who definitely has their act together

Hire some people that aren’t lazy. And if you close at three? Then why are your doors open at 330? It’s bad enough that you’re never open. But then you chase customers away? Guess you don’t like staying in business.

$8 for a sandwich you can make at home. They won’t let me drive to Katelyn’s to take her a turkey Tom because it’s too far but there’s no jimmy John’s around her so how is she about to get a regular sandwich. She only eats peanut butter sandwiches no jelly. I try real hard to wrap the sandwiches nice and tight but it never looks good, I was never good at arts and crafts. 10/10 would make my own sandwich
