I frequent this jimmy johns location quite often. Food is always fresh, love the fact that they have a drive through.. The staff is always very nice and friendly! I’ve come here twice around 7pm. Both times they were out of bread. The first time I was able to wait about 10 minutes for them to finish making it. But tonight I was told it would be around 45 minutes. I’m done with this location.

This is not my usual JJ, I made a curbside pickup order because I didn’t realize this location had a drive through. Upon arriving, the first thing the guy who brought it out said was “You know we have a drive through” and proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t want to get out of my car, that next time I should use the drive through. He wasn’t mean per se, but confrontational. Then, when I got home, my sandwich had absolutely no toppings on it, and they have always come included without me giving special instructions on the app.

My place of employment is close to Jimmy John’s so over the last couple years I have ordered and picked up lunch there 1-3 times a week. Kris the Manager does an amazing job of making sure his staff is professional, friendly and quick to take your order. I especially like that they make fresh brewed iced tea!!
