I placed an online delivery order at 4:55. Unfortunately, it is now 7:25 with no response from this location. It says on the app that they received my order. I tried calling the store, but I literally couldn’t get a hold of anyone! It just keeps ringing until the phone disconnects. At this point I would just like to be able to cancel my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Jimmy John’s ever. A few weeks ago, we went in at like 8:45 and they were all angry at us for coming 15 minutes before close. When we went to leave they said “just so you know, we close at 9pm.” Like what?! Then today we tried again because we give second chances but we won’t be back. We ordered a #16 and they gave us some makeshift roast beef sandwich that’s not even on the menu. So we had to go back to the store in which they messed up the order AGAIN. These people that are working here are rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. We will never go back nor recommend this location. Will be calling corporate tomorrow because my boyfriend worked at a Jimmy John’s for 6 years and knows that it’s the easiest job there is.

Changed order status from processing to delivered and did not deliver or attempt to deliver the food. Ignored multiple calls, and effectively stole 30$ from me. I can’t even get in contact to get a refund. The absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten from any restaurant period. Hopefully someone contacts me so I can find some way to get a refund.

On Sunday 4/16/2023 I placed on order online at 12:40pm. At 1:40pm I still haven’t received my order. I called the store and the MOD stated my order will be delivered SHORTLY. At 2:15pm I still didn’t have my order delivered. I called the store and an employee picked up the phone I explained that I wanted to cancel and refund my order considering two deli sandwiches had been sitting in a car for close to 1hr 45 mins, which obviously leads to soggy sandwiches and horrible taste. The MOD didn’t even on the courtesy to get on the phone, they made their associate employee translate what they were saying. The MOD refused to help me, and stated they couldn’t cancel an order that has already left the store, even tho they admitted to having my sandwiches leaving their store over an 1hr 15 mins prior to my call. I told the associate employee and MOD I would be calling corporate. At 2:36pm I received a call from the delivery person and I told them to take the sandwiches back to the store because I did not want soggy , stale sandwiches.

Rude, slow, and food is slapped together. I really don’t normally leave reviews but, $33 for two deli sandwiches to take 45-60min to get two blocks away…it’s absurd. When you call the store they’re incredibly rude, no matter what you’re calling about. How is this location still in business?
