These tiny slices of Turkey and extra mayo? (No mayo) this place is a scam. Never again. Go to subway at least they know they make bad sandwiches and rip people off. A BLT and this was $32. My kid got a better lunch at school today.

Never had an incorrect order…. Maybe I’m just an anomaly? If you order online, order from the Jimmy John’s app. Word of advice NEVER order it DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub. It is like 50-70% cheaper through the Jimmy John’s app than using those third parties. The same can be said about other places, use their apps over third parties!

Ordered lunch from this location. An entire hour went by and no update on the app. Called in for the person to tell me they don’t have any drivers today. Why the hell offer delivery if you can’t fulfill your orders. What happened to freaky fast? What a joke.

Do a side by side of the Cubano and tell me this is not false advertising. My gf literally laughed at my sandwich because it was so small and she gave me some of her meat off her sandwich to compensate.
3 thin slices of ham and seemingly more mayo than meat on this sandwich, when an advertised photo depicts a very full, great looking sandwich… hardly what was received.
I tried returning it BEFORE I took a bite after commenting on the shortage of meat. The workers here do not know what customer service is and denied my request to return it for another sub.
The manager said the GM portions ALL of the meat for the store and he doesn’t know the portion size, so if this is in fact the amount they give, this is ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING.
I’ve worked the industry for over 20 years and know this was terrible service, terrible food portions.

Got the party box for a Christmas party, total GARBAGE .It was 40.00 dollars one thin piece of meat on each sandwich. Sandwiches were not marketed, total scam don’t waste your money.

30 minutes after I placed an online order I got a call saying that they dont have a delivery driver. It took an hour a half to get my food, and it was soggy, and made incorrectly, and they forgot my drink. This Jimmy John’s location has to be the worst on the west side. Wow.

Placed a delivery order online, half my order was missing. I called the store, they said they’d send it back out. It took almost 40 minutes and another call, where they said they’d said the driver would be there any minute and they were to drop the missing sandwiches off first before any other orders. Cue waiting 15 more minutes, no knock, only reason I knew it was out there was because the driver loudly slammed it into the door. Food that came on time was good but the missing sandwiches had definitely been sitting out for a while.

A few weeks ago I went to pick up my order about 30 minutes after ordering, and when I got there they still had not started my order. When the manager while doing dishes over an hour before close finally asked the employee to finish the order, the employee stood on his phone in the middle of the floor while I waited continued to wait for my order.
I ordered again today and got a beach club, add bacon. I did not get any cheese, avocado spread, or turkey on my sandwich, only bacon and some lacking toppings. I paid with tip almost $20 for my meal and they couldn’t include most of it.
Will not be coming to this location again – it’s a bummer because I love Jimmy johns but it’s no longer convenient with this lacking location.

I’ve ordered from here for years! Never again! They deliver my order to the wrong address, then continue to be rude and void my order, instead of getting to the issue and rectifying. The so called general manager is completely unprofessional and should be fired immediately. He has no service stills whatsoever. His answer is to void orders, instead of figuring out where my order went. I’ve called and reported the incident to corporate. I hope they take the appropriate measures. This business will not last with people like this.
