Ordered delivery. Two sandwiches. Bag of chips. One sandwich shows up. Called the store and they weren’t helpful at all. You think common sense would have them apologize and send a new sandwich right away. Not here. Just some bumbling worker who couldn’t wrap his head around rectifying the issue.

Wanted to try the new capizzi sandwich because the pictures advertised look delicious. But in reality the sandwich wqs horrible quality today and washed smashed flatter than a pancake. I reached out to jimmy johns customer service but they said its the franchise owners issue. This is not the first bad experience at this location, however this was the worst quality i have had. A sloppy sandwich thrown together.

JJ app said order was out for delivery at 6:16. It is a 8 min drive to my house… it is now 6:45 with an eta of 6:48 latest 7. Freaky fast I think not.

You know, I see these people giving Jimmy John’s one star. Because they waited an hour for the food. The world is hard it’s it’s expansive to hire an employee to tell him to use his car to bring people food.
If you don’t want to wait for the delivery, go pick it app, you can’t order it online. I’m saying they didn’t make it in front of you. It’s a hard world if you’re not happy with their service. Instead of posting something online, go in and talk to somebody. I bet you didn’t do that.They’ve always done right by me, and I ordered from them since they would put there i don’t have to tell you about your dietary issues. If you have dietary issues or allergens, don’t order the sandwich.

Went in tonight 11/1/2025 thought I ordered a catering thing only to find out I screwed up and placed it for the next day. The three workers saved my life by making the sandwiches on the spot.

This jimmy johns irks me anytime I order for delivery it takes over an hour. Back in the day when I’d order no matter how busy they’d get your sandwich to you in less than 10 mins. I’m so over the short staff stuff maybe don’t offer delivery for the day if staff is seriously the issue. Just so frustrating this is literally the only location that does this too! And then your sandwiches end up being gross at that. Such a rip off
