So I’ve had jimmy John’s plenty of times in my life, #1 the Pepe INCLUDES ham, PROVOLONE, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Only thing I asked was for no tomato. I get home, I see no cheese, I check the menu thinking I misread it, nope it says provolone. So I call and ask if it includes, the guy says, ahhh no but you can add it. I corrected him per YOUR MENU, and he did offer to remake it, but I don’t live close enough to just say sure I’m on my way. I say no I’m not driving back there. He said okay, I said I’ll just fill out a survey and he disconnected the call. Didn’t ask if there was any other way to correct it, didn’t apologize, nope just hung up. When I got there I asked about the sizes, he lifts up a piece of bread that was sitting on the counter which had tomato and a little mayo on the outside of it and showed me the size. I’m standing by the pickup rack, and I WATCHED this guy wipe what ever was on the outside of that bread, and then continue to make a sub with it. I get home and see the mayo on the outside of it, lettuce stuck to it still honestly just disgusted me. I also got 2 potato salads because my mom raved about them, one of the workers was talking about how they just filled the fridge with them but unsure why there was no use by date anywhere on the container. I spent nearly 32.00 and this experience, treatment, not worth it. I hold jimmy John’s to a high standard, not because they’re expensive but because they’re good, and normally consistent no matter which location you go to. So will I be back? Most likely not, poor service, poor quality. Photos show no dates on items, and the mayo smear on my bread that was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Will stick with other locations, another restaurant in Ashtabula that sucks.

Been here a few times now. Im always nicely greeted when I walk in. Food has been great on all occasions. Everything is always clean. That’s a big deal in the food industry. I definitely will continue to eat here when im in the area.

Hi first tried Jimmy John’s in Akron and had the Ultimate Porker it was delicious . I tried the Ashtabula store for the first time and had the Sicilian also good .

Came here yesterday and went through the drive thru to get a #3 (tuna sandwich). They gave me a tuna sandwich with no tuna on it so basically I paid $11 for a bag of chips.
Disappointed bc I was a regular but this isn’t the first time something like this has happened so I’m very much over it lol

Okay so we come here several times a week, no exaggeration. We have an easy order 2 #6 sandwiches. Most of the time something is missing or added to the sandwich. Maybe the workers need more training or they need pictures with the ingredients for each sandwich offered I don’t know but I do know this place won’t last long in Ashtabula if they keep messing up orders. I’ve seen others reviews and they have similar issues. We have even contacted corporate who brushed off the complaint and didn’t offer anything.

We went on opening day a few weeks ago and everything in our order was wrong even down to how the sandwiches were labeled. We understood that it was opening day and wanted to give them another try today. It was even worse today. They were incapable of taking down our order correctly. When I went in the store with the incorrect order, there was no assistance. One of the issues was a sub not being toasted that should have been toasted. The gentleman told me he could unwrap the sub (that had lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it) and put it in the oven. Gross. They had no other solutions. Not to mention how painfully slow the service was. The slogan shouldn’t be “Freaky Fast”, it should be “Horrifyingly Slow”. Jimmy Johns is not cheap and to get this poor quality service with the lack of accountability is a shame. I was really looking forward to this being in Ashtabula.

Placed an order, for delivery on the Jimmy Johns app. Called 45 minutes later and was told they were in the process of making my food. Called again at 1 hour and they told me that they had no order. Then I asked for the manager, was put on hold for several minutes, then the phone was hung up. I called back, a very nice girl answered this time and said my food was ready and sitting there. She put the manager on the phone, the manager said they don’t deliver, even though the app, States they do. She instructed me to come pick it up. I drove to the store as agreed, walked in and they told me they sent my food by door dash, even though I just talked to the manager about picking it up. She was very rude, and apparently unorganized. I left with no food, got back home and a door dash driver, was placing my food on the porch. Start to finish, 1.5 hours to get food from there. Freaky Fast, what a crock..
