Freak fast and freak good! They live up to the title! The phones don’t work that well, but if you use the app, then you’ll get your order in no time! Try the pumpkin cookies or the unwich which is the sub without the bread. The food here is amazing and I think they are just nailing it.

Went in around lunch and got “The Pepe” at regular. About half an hour after eating my stomach was in knots at work to where I had to go home early. Have now been throwing up the past 4 hours and had nothing to eat but that damn sandwich.

Had to pick up lunch for my wife and had my dog in the car. As soon as I walked in the employees had a chunk of bread for him to enjoy. He’s so happy he is saving it for later and burying it at the moment. Very welcoming and kind employees and very fast with our order. They even had to help me figure out what the heck I was getting haha

Hardly any seating. The seating that was once available is filled with boxes and storage stuff. The womans bathroom door handle is hard to operate, you have to turn it upside down. The womans bathroom was dirty, and had no hand soap. My order was made wrong, I asked them to add the extra indegredients, which they didn’t, so I just ate it. I wasn’t happy, but figured asking a 3rd to fix a veggie sub would be unsuccessful…..this JJ use to be so much better. Its really gone down hill. On the upside the staff were very nice.

delivery is always very fast, but almost every time i’ve ordered, they add onions to a wrap that’s not supposed to have onions on it. trust me, i check every time to make sure i’m not missing it. it’s a chicken caesar wrap, why would you put onions on it?

I’ve ordered from them several times because it’s pretty convenient for downtown life. However the last time was my last order. I didn’t receive my full order, so I called and was told that the items that wasn’t delivered would be removed. I confirmed that information and say okay. I waited a few days for the charge to clear since I paid with a card. Nope, was still charged the full amount. So what are my options… Call the location again, dispute the charge with my bank, etc. I don’t think my review or comments will change the consistent flow of customers.

Update Last 4 times now I’ve ordered here I’ve gotten either No meat, the wrong meat or the extra meat I ordered wasn’t added. Had other issues in the past. Plus when I call for a refund they tell me I can get store credit but only if I call in an order. I exclusively use the app so that doesn’t help me. I guess if I order here again I’ll have to open the sandwich before I leave to check it which seems ridiculous.
