The service was good. We were waited on right away. The cashier made a recommendation on how we could order exactly what we wanted but save some money. It was $30 for 3 adults to eat (no combos, just 2 sandwiches, a wrap and one pickle. We ordered to go and were out the door within five minutes, or just over. Located on St Rt 95 at the US 23 southbound exit ramp. In front of Aldi / across from Bob Evans.

We get subs from here a couple times a month. Food is always good. However, tonight around 6pm, I went through the drive thru with my daughter. I sat at the order window for at least 5 minutes and nobody had come on the intercom. Finally, I gave a hello into the speaker and a lady came on the intercom stating they would be with me in a moment. I sat there for another 5+ minutes and nobody ever came back to the intercom so I drove off. The whole time, a worker was sitting in the parking lot in their car with the driver door open witnessing this and did nothing. Unacceptable, poor service.

the place is OK I stop here maybe once a week the people pretty friendly but they get one star from my last experience. I bought two sandwiches and a bottle of Sprite they had to go get the Sprite from the back because the front cooler wasn’t working and when I got in my truck and I opened The bottle it exploded and made a big mess. it’s either it was dropped and they still gave it to me or was shaken intentionally I Can’t really tell because they brought it from the back but One thing I know that it made a big mess all over myself and my vehicle and that wasn’t a good feeling

I was the only one in the drive and noone in the store

Also after repeating the order 3x, and the receipt being correct, the order was still not right
The sub with no onions had onions
The sub that wanted onions had none
For people that dont like onions, there’s a reason for it. It ruins the taste if you dont like them. $20

We tried eating at Jimmy Johns again as they FINALLY offer toasted subs! Unfortunately, I’m still not impressed with the quality of the sub over their competition (Penn Station), considering the price, so I won’t be back.
Jimmy Johns really needs to offer better sides! Cookies/Chips are NOT a side! Where are the fries or salad? Offer something BETTER as a side!

Will never return based in price alone. Over $20 for most subs now is REDICULOUS. This used to be a nice alternative to Subway, no longer. Even Jersey Mikes down the road is cheaper now (and better)

Up until my last two orders which were delivered, I loooved this Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are not as well put together as they were when I initially began eating here, and the customer service is lacking. No unkindness, but it appears there is a gross lack of knowledge of how best to serve customers. This begins with and was especially evident when today, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, when I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. Previously, when I spoke with the manager, not this gentleman, issues were managed. Delivery time was more than triple than any other time. Needless to say, my dealings with Jimmy John’s will be minimal, if at all. I certainly will no longer have food delivered. There will be no need to direct me to communicate with the store manager as I have tried and failed with this. Thank you.
