Order from them all the time. Picked up a sub cause I work till 10pm and they gave me some bread with lettuce and tomato. When I called the “I am now!” manager was extremely rude and said she “wasn’t there when I picked it up….” So it wasn’t her fault. I now have no dinner…all she did was refund me. Probably won’t order again. At least apologize and offer a gift card lady…super upsetting that people like this care so little.

Although the turkey/ bacon sub was good it is not worth the price. $11.00 for a regular size #16, Lulu sandwich with no chips or drink is ridiculous. Subway and similar shops do not charge the almost 2.00 extra for cheese, that is ridiculous.

Ordered delivery lunch from this location today. Paid extra for my sandwich to be customized. My sandwich came and was incorrect. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back a few times and no one answered. When I got off work I went up to the store and showed my receipt and asked if they would mind remaking my sandwich. The ” manager” was less than friendly . After getting home and opening my sandwich I realized it still wasn’t right. I told the manager I had brought it back becuse it was totally missing the item I had paid to have extra of. They made my sandwich as normal and didn’t give me the extra I paid for. I will never order from that location again. I get better service on Morse Rd!!!

Absolute worst meal ever. The bread could have been used as a weapon. I called and they didn’t answer their phone. I called corporate and received a gift card for less then I paid for my order. The branch was supposed to call me and refund my money. Neither happened. Just gross

Didn’t have a mask was asked to leave the store. Asked if I could order and wait outside, or if they had a mask I could wear. Didn’t reply at all just stared at me. Pretty good customer service going on here, what can you expect from a Jimmy John’s though.
