Store was clean thats about all I can say for it. Interacted with 3 staff members, all rude even by the lower expectations of a fast casual restaurant. While paying the keypad presents an option for 10 15 or 20 percent tip; none of the other buttons were working. Lettuce brown, did not eat the sandwich and interacting with the staff the first time was unpleasant enough.

Order from them all the time. Picked up a sub cause I work till 10pm and they gave me some bread with lettuce and tomato. When I called the “I am now!” manager was extremely rude and said she “wasn’t there when I picked it up….” So it wasn’t her fault. I now have no dinner…all she did was refund me. Probably won’t order again. At least apologize and offer a gift card lady…super upsetting that people like this care so little.

I have really liked both instances ordering from this place. They are super friendly and good spirited. My food is accurate and consistent. This is definitely going to be my new go to spot for a quick sandwich. I’m a fan of the distinguished french bread flavor of their sandwiches and have been since my college days. Maybe it’s nostalgia idk but overall the people here are great and these days that’s really what is making the difference for me. i don’t regret spending my money here. thank you for continuing to shine your light!!

Wife got a simple sandwich, but the associates didn’t care then told her she could not remove the lettuce from her sandwich. They were rude as hell to her and then she told me that some lady was at a desk and said sorry but then told my wife that she was not talking to her. How sad of a person you have to be.

Ordered delivery lunch from this location today. Paid extra for my sandwich to be customized. My sandwich came and was incorrect. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back a few times and no one answered. When I got off work I went up to the store and showed my receipt and asked if they would mind remaking my sandwich. The ” manager” was less than friendly . After getting home and opening my sandwich I realized it still wasn’t right. I told the manager I had brought it back becuse it was totally missing the item I had paid to have extra of. They made my sandwich as normal and didn’t give me the extra I paid for. I will never order from that location again. I get better service on Morse Rd!!!

White girl with glasses working Saturday 5/3 at 2:30 SUCKS. Rude, didn’t greet me, I had to walk up after standing there for while and she just looked up at me like “what can I get for you.” Like sorry for coming here and ruining your day.

I’m not really happy with how I was talked to when I picked up my order, there was a girl that was alright, but no one said hi or anything. They asked my name, I gave my first name then one guy butchers my last name, which isn’t unusual, so I just laughed and said it the correct way and he says “yeah whatever” while half tossing my bag to me and not making eye contact, saying thanks or bye or anything. I won’t be back to this location.

Apparently, cleanliness and hygiene is not important here. Just watched this lady. Scratch your head not change your gloves go over to the meat counter and start cutting the meat. It’s 11:11 Monday. I didn’t even order I walked out.

Didn’t have a mask was asked to leave the store. Asked if I could order and wait outside, or if they had a mask I could wear. Didn’t reply at all just stared at me. Pretty good customer service going on here, what can you expect from a Jimmy John’s though.

We liked them the first time we order. Second time they put little to no meat on the kids sandwiches. 3rd time they called and told us no delivery driver was on shift and the dude working was a arrogant kid who couldn’t even discount our order for the inconvenience and Inconsistency.
