I spent $36 on 3 incredibly frustrating sandwiches. I ordered them all to be cut in half, they weren’t. I requested napkins with each, no napkins were put in the bag. I asked for mayo on the side, it wasn’t provided. I put names on each of the orders yet they weren’t written on the sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches were so sloppily put together, half of the contents were falling out of the bread. I ordered mustard on mine and so much was put on that it squirted out the end when I took a bite. It ended up getting all over my clothes, hands, and car. Since we weren’t given any napkins, cleaning up was impossible. I reeked of mustard the rest of the evening until I could go home and change, which was disgusting and mortifying. After this experience and reading the other disturbing reviews, I won’t be returning.

Placed online order since I’m home with a newborn. $15 bucks is a lot for 1 person here but I was looking for a quick meal. It took 37 minutes (not exaggerating, they are 5 min from my house) for them to deliver a sandwich with old nasty looking lettuce. I only noticed because I asked for EZ onion and the brown was so prominant that I thought they onions were caramelized now. It was the lettuce though… Gross. They are refunding me, which is nice, but I would have preferred to eat hence why I spend $15 in the first place

Absolutely horrible situation at this location. There was an older guy in the store who drives a BMW parked right out front. Smoking that close to the door was the first turn off. I enter the building to a relaxed laid back atmosphere and not super worried about the customer. Then the guy in that comes in takes my order. Stinks to high heaven looks dirty and on top of it all he then grabs a pair of gloves and starts working on making orders. He never washed his hands! Thank god he didn’t touch my order. I was watching.

Blue haired employee bad attitude. I asked them for jalapenos, I was told by her “your lucky I haven’t finished making it yet or I would charge you extra”. I had to tell the order taker 3 times about my order. I will never return to this store.

I ordered from their app and the food not only came late but it smelled like pure cigarettes. I was disgusted and couldn’t eat the food. They need to replace the driver.

Don’t order delivery from here unless you want your food to smell like cigarettes… I ordered food through the website a couple months ago and we could not eat it, smelled horrible. I gave it a bit and ordered today, same thing.. couldn’t eat it with out smelling cigarettes.

Food is usually fine, on par with other Jimmy John’s locations. But this place is NEVER fast. Delivery takes more than an hour every time I’ve ordered from here (sometimes 90+ minutes).
I can understand an occasional issue, but every time? Not acceptable for a store that claims to be “freaky fast”. And fair warning, if you use Door Dash to order, the delivery time is ALWAYS wrong, and there is no option for help other than to call the store, which generally isn’t remotely helpful.

Just got a sandwich with a handful of hot peppers on it. This is my go to sandwich I’ve ordered many times & not sure why the hot peppers other than trying to reduce customers. This was Sunday 7-7
