We ordered online today. I woke up wanting a sub and I knew their toasted subs were ending soon.
When we get there, they didn’t have our order. After some searching, the finally found it, but it hasn’t been made. So, instead of having us pull forward, they had us sit by the window while the car behind us had to sit and wait through all of this. And I couldn’t tell the person that I was going to pull forward because they were all scrambling to make our order.
We get our order, head home, and my partner’s sub was normal, as advertised; nothing wrong with it. Mine, however, was not good at all. I ordered the chicken, bacon, and ranch, but there was a serious lack of chicken and bacon. You know what there was an abundance of? Lettuce. It was basically a lettuce sandwich with a little piece of chicken and one little piece of bacon. It was so dismal, that when I had open the wrapping and pulled the sub out, my partner asked, “is there anything even on that?”
Just make sure there is some quality assurance, going forward, please. Check your online orders, have them ready, and make sure everything is up to the standards that corporate would approve of.

Man I think Im addicted to this place. Especially number 11 on the menu. The staff are really friendly and the service lives up to their freaky fast motto. I love the crispy and fresh veggies with the soft french bread. I go there so much that I had gotten so many points on my membership that I recieved a free sandwich. They have the best baked chips also. Even there veggie sandwich is also good. I will definitely keep them on my foodies list. Thanks jimmy johns
