Took 45+ minutes for round the corner delivery because I was sick and didn’t want to move.
Shows up and order was missing items/completely incorrect order.
Call for refund or fix and get told to call back tomorrow.
Call back the next day and get told to call back tomorrow.
Call the third day and now can’t get refund because of time frame.
Was informed the weekend manager was out and they had sent in a replacement during that time period.
$40 essentially just stolen from me with zero consequences.
Big fan of jimmy johns but this is this location’s second time that they’ve completely wiffed on my order. Good luck, try a different sandwich shop.

Long story short- I was served rotting lettuce.
The crew member was attentive and understanding, but management didn’t actually care. “I personally cannot do anything about it.” And kept referencing it as “brown lettuce.” Instead of telling y’all, how about I just show you what I was served. I have never had this issue at this location, ever. I’m a regular there but now? I don’t know if I will be back. Especially if management is just accepting out of date product and using it.

Ordered 2 subs on line and then waited for the “freaky fast delivery”, 40 minutes. An Uber driver finally delivered our food, minus our drinks, napkins, and mustard. I called the store and asked about our drinks and was told that the drinks left the store with our food, that they use a 3rd party to deliver, and the best she could do was give me a credit. My sub had 3 pieces of roast beef and the other didn’t have much either. I don’t eat at Jimmy John’s and this doesn’t encourage me to come back.

Im starting this review while im waiting at the window to recieve my food I’ve already been in line for 48 minutes. Unfortunately once youre in line with a trailer your stuck in line. I waited at the speaker for 20 min to have my order taken while watching multiple take out customer’s walk in get their food and walk out. This has got to be hands-down the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to a lot of them. The manager girl is so rude. She needs to be fired as soon as possible.
The food we ordered for our employees looked terrible, and there was a lot of soggy lettuce and discolored meats.
One of our people felt sick so we attempted to contact the store with the manager girl kept hanging up on us after we told her what happened.
I would recommend everybody stay far away from this place unless you wanna get sick “

Took telling 3 people I was waiting on a pick up for someone to tell me my order was actually already done, just not placed on the pickup shelf. Only the 3rd person even asked who the pickup was for. Edit to add: the bag on the counter was backwards so I had no way to know if that was mine or not.

I’ve gotten Jimmy Johns multiple times in the past but I’ve never had them deliver it. I ordered through doordash with specific instructions on where to leave my order. There are 2 doors to my apartment and the front door is facing the main road with no parking, just some steps from the sidewalk. I asked the deliverer to “Drop it off at the back door please. Not the door facing the main road but the back door with the parking and garages.” When the food was delivered, there was no notification and the food was delivered to the front door. The problem with this is I have my front door blocked off with shelves because my husband and I don’t use that door at all. So I had to walk around my building to get my food. The food was prepared right and tasted amazing. It’s just very frustrating that they didn’t follow the instructions that I left for them. Food was 5/5 stars though.

We placed an order tonight for delivery. Our order said “order received” for an hour and a half. We were watching a movie and lost track of time. We called the store to see what happened to our order and were informed that the store cancelled our order. My husband was told they tried to call. We checked the phone and we never received a call or an apology for the cancellation. We’re very disappointed!

If I make a mobile order for a sandwich that comes with turkey and roast beef… I should probably be told you aren’t going to be putting turkey on my sandwich. Maybe it was a mistake… maybe they were out of turkey. Girlfriend got a laughable amount of turkey on her sandwich. Must have been the last of it. Full price for half the meat. Roast beef was old. Basically just a lettuce sandwich I was given.
