The person taking orders Kristen was very disinterested in being personable and friendly when speaking with my wife while ordering food today. Even the employee who gave us the food apologized for her very rude tone and was hesitant to give us her name probably meaning she’s the manager and was worried about her reaction. The staff overall was fine, but Kristen needs to learn how to be friendly even when you’re busy.

Jimmy John’s is usually one of my favorites but this location consistently gets my order wrong or gives poor quality food. If you don’t tip them online, they assume you’re not going to tip them so they purposely take longer to deliver or give you poor quality food. In reality, I plan to tip them in cash upon delivery but since they take longer on purpose I say forget it! This time I did tip online but the amount wasn’t to their liking so again they took forever and gave me poor quality food. Unacceptable!
Update: I was contacted by management and offered a coupon that I can only use in store or if I call ahead. I was given an excuse for the poor behavior stating “tips have nothing to do with delivery times”. Was not handled the way I expected and I have not given them my business since.

Service was a little slower than normal but I was expecting it because they said on the website it would be. When I got my food the lettuce and avacado we’re turning brown and the picke was not cut properly and it took had an off color. Jimmy John’s promotes fresh but this was below par.

They use Uber eats for their “freaky fast delivery” it allows them to avoid accountability for their poor portions and lack of quality. False advertisement at its finest. The last 5 times I have ordered from them it was Uber eats, they even denied a delivery because uber eats wouldnt deliver.

I frequently order from here delivery and pick up and the service and staff customer care has always been exquisite. I try different sandwiches each time and I have not been disappointed yet. the only time I had a order mix up, the manager victoria corrected it immediately with no hassle. The last trip I made Candace and Connor made the offer quick and neat and there attitudes just make my day better. Always friendly. This whole building deserves a raise!! I will obviously be a continuous customer. Awesome jobs guys!

ordered toasted turkey & prov with double meat & cheese add kickin ranch, total came out to $28 for 1 giant sandwich. was quite literally delivered a bag containing a giant sandwich with 0 meat, 0 cheese, & only a heaping ton of kickin ranch. only bread and ranch…. sigh. was unable to get ahold of anyone or process a refund thru the app. first time ordering from this location & i was quite disappointed. ALSOOOOOOOO i tipped extremely well for the delivery service.

They need to teach the morning crew how to read their own tickets. Every time I order extra oil and vinegar I get none at all. On top of that my sandwich today had barely anything on it. Probably only gonna come back in the evenings when they got some better workers on shift

I ordered online and we picked up our order. We got home and we were a sandwich short. I called was put on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called again. I told the employee that we were missing a sandwich and would like it delivered. He said we could pick it up or get credit for the missing sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager and he said one moment but then came back and said the GM wasn’t working. I believe she didn’t want to speak to us. This wasn’t our error, I paid online, they offer delivery so why can’t they deliver it? In short, the employee hung up on me! Why?
