This Jimmy John’s delivers fast, consistent, and delicious food. I place pickup orders for lunch at least 1-2 a week and it is ready for pickup within minutes every time. They have never once messed up my order and the quality and quantity of the sandwiches is stellar. For sure better value and quality than competing sandwich chains. Staff is professional.
I recommend placing a order for pickup as a separate group makes the pickup orders and you don’t have to wait through a line. Either way I can’t recommend them enough.

So this is going on the third time I ordered and had paid for add ons that did not get put on my ordered. I paid to add avocado and bacon but I didn’t get any avocado or bacon and then I put on there to add crispy jalapeños but there wasn’t any either. I’m tired of ordering from here and not getting what I paid for or ordered.

Traffic and parking can be difficult to navigate at this Jimmy John’s. Always busy traffic in the area. The sandwiches were always good. It was conveniently located by the gym I always went to and I would get takeout there for my husband. Still worth going to despite obstacles.

The guys were friendly and pretty quick with our food! I always come here after the gym the food is always on point and it’s always clean. That right there is all yall need to know!!! Dakota and Cole rocked!!!!

I am furious. This is the 3rd consecutive day that I did NOT receive my online delivery order. Are you freaking kidding me? According to JJ, they have no further contact with the Uber driver once they leave the building. Ok so if it doesn’t come to me, where the hell does it go?? Congratulations JJ you just lost a customer. Absolutely pathetic.

I have never had a bad experience with any location of Jimmy John’s. This includes dine-in or carry out. I have recently been using their app to pre-order my sandwiches and they are ready when you requested. They don’t wait until you get to the restaurant to process your order. Fantastic sandwiches.

My order was correct and the food was good. I was the only customer in the building and it still took nearly 5 minutes just to place the order, but to be fair it looked like they were working on delivery orders so that might’ve had something to do with it. Cashier noticed I was there and reassured a couple times that they’d get to me.

It’s good, fast, and affordable. The restaurant is clean and service is perfectly fine. What more could you ask for in a sandwich shop? Actually I can think of one thing: the bathroom sink was low pressure. That’s really all I have to complain about!

This Jimmy John’s used to be amazng, but my last 3 orders have not been amazing. Missing items, completely screwed up orders, and waiting an hour for delivery. At one point I had to call twice due to them just not picking up the phone. I don’t know what’s changed but hope they can get back what they once had.
