I ordered pick up at this location and upon arrival I stood at the counter for a while before one of the two younger gentleman working there even acknowledged me. (They were not busy as they were just standing around talking.) When he finally acknowledged me I was met with a poor attitude. He stated “we are out of bread, we can’t make your order.” Then proceeded to point to the bread shelf that was empty. I asked will I be refunded which he replied sure. My phone number was on the order so they could’ve easily called me and told me they were out of bread instead of having me drive all the way there to pick up my order that was never made then treated rudely. I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this was horrible customer service and the guy was very disrespectful.

Definitely not friendly on December 13 around 1140am. I ordered my food to go i had to wait forever seemed like. The guy wrapping the umwiches was talking to someone about playing video games and more less threw my food up on counter and didn’t even put in a bag,so I ask to put in bag and he totally ignored me then I asked the 2nd time then he just handed me a bag.Lost a customer here.i will not be back

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant! the service here is so fast and the delivery is just as fast! I’ve never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, but this one specifically is special! If you’re ever in the Highland heights area in Kentucky, definitely stopped here and get a bite to eat!

I really enjoy jimmy johns sandwiches. They are simple, yet delicious. And as with every jimmy johns, they get the food to you freaky fast. This location was very clean. The location is a little awkward to get to, but that is not a huge deal.

We ordered a sub but did not realize it came with mayo. We took it back and asked for another sandwich without mayo. The worker said the menu clearly showed that it had mayo on it and that he wouldn’t make another sandwich but we could buy another one if we wanted it without mayo.
We had never been to a JJ before so didn’t realize it came with mayo and O&V. Could have been an easy fix for them, but they wouldn’t make a new one for us. We left very upset with such poor customer service.

Placed an order for the 30 pak catering bundle for an office event. Online ordering was easy, everything was ready on time, they even helped me carry everything to my car. We got all the sandwiches, two sides, chips AND cookies. Everyone loved the food. My favorite part is that the carry out boxes fold up perfectly to be serving trays!!

Service here is hit or miss. Wait to tip until you get your food. Sometimes we get our food within 20 minutes, but sometimes it can take over an hour, even on a weekday. Recently they have started calling if it’s going to be a long wait, but I have had to call when I hadn’t seen the food within an hour. Also, accuracy has been off a few times, and that’s tough to deal with when you are trying to feed kids. They have made it up to us when it was wrong, but it still isn’t very fun for whoever has to wait for their food.
Edit: I had another poor experience today. Ordered a meal and found a hair in my food. Restaurant said they couldn’t do anything about crediting me for the food unless I spoke with the general manager. They took my name and number, but I’m not expecting a call back.
Also, the web order system insists you leave at least a dollar tip. I don’t feel that is fair as there there is not much service happening.
