THE WORST jimmy John’s I have ever been too!! Im glad I don’t live here cause I will never go back to this location. We waited in the drive-through for 35 minutes after ordering just sitting there when they were not even crazy busy. Took 10 minutes of those 35 minutes to be greeted by somebody at the window when we got up to the window and then he proceeds to ask if we had this order and that order and after about the fifth WRONG order we finally just told him our order again. I don’t even know if we paid for the right order. And then we get the food probably 20 minutes later and it taste like it had been made 20 minutes prior. Didn’t even have the right order but I guess the somewhat right sandwiches. I got a toasted sandwich and it was cold by the time I got it, some random turkey pieces were in my sandwich that I did not ask for, and then our other sandwich we got there was a random piece of what looks like salami in a chicken Caesar wrap. Like what. The people seemed more clueless than a box of rocks and clearly did not know what they were doing. I’ll stick to my Indiana locations!!

Came in for the first time ever on Dec 31, 2025. The 2 girls and guy in there were extremely friendly , and helpful with helping us choose our sandwiches. Which they made perfectly, and very yummy! When we return it will definitely be bc the team was very personable. You have a good team!

First time at this location and a bit disappointed.
For the price there is not nearly enough meat in the sup. Bread was fresh, roast beef felt old and Chevy, I could buy better quality at Walmart.
I ate at JJ before in different state and it wasn’t nearly as bad as this on. Staff is super friendly and great you at the door, restaurant is clean and they offer outdoor seating which is a plus.

FEBRUARY 2025 This is a fairly new restaurant to the town. So, I stopped by on a Tuesday round 6pm. I was ĝreated by a worker upon entering Jimmy John’s. Very clean. I took a few pics. I think most are take out orders or their drive thru. 5 STARS in my opinion.

Every time I’ve been here the food and service were great. I have no complaints at all. Everyone is super friendly. I see Katherine the most and I have to give her 5 stars because she always greets with a smile and every time she makes my sandwich it’s too notch. I’d give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could. This location is a joke. Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes with only one car in front of us. When we finally pulled up we had specifically asked for no mayo as my husband is allergic and when we looked at the sandwich it had mayo all over it an a few other things we had asked to be left off.When we pulled back in drive through to get it fixed they were un apologetic rude and made us wait in drive through for another 15 min just to end up refunding our money because they said they didn’t like our tone.They lack customer service skills.

Normally like eating here. Picked up on my way home. After my 45 minute drive home discovered that the bottom bread of my sandwich was hard as a rock. Called and she said if I couldn’t bring it back over there was nothing they could do. I said OK, I’ll just leave a review. So here I am.

You walk in and just get looked at. No greeting no anything. The sub never has enough meat in it for anything, not to mention barely any lettuce or mayo. All you basically get & can taste is the bread. The pop machine still ain’t fixed you are given a bottle. We are from outta town & have dined here twice & it’s always been the same let down of service. Lexington & Richmond KY locations are awesome. This crew needs re trained & learn to say hi & welcome & learn how to make an expensive sandwich.
