I ordered delivery and after 45 minutes I called to check on the order as I’m only 3 miles from the store. The male manager “ash” informed me they only had one driver but all orders were out for delivery. I waited about 45 minutes then called back. He looked up my order and said he assigned it over an hour ago and it should have already been delivered. It was not which his response was maybe he took it to the wrong place. I then said i wanted my money back and he refunded me. Terrible customer service. Terrible staffing and opperations. I have ordered from this location and every time it takes forever and the quality is not good. Won’t make that mistake again. Sad to see how far Jimmy John’s has slid down hill.

Everything went perfect, we called in our orders for everyone once the store opened and requested a delivery time for when we would be breaking for lunch. Food was great, delivery on time. I usually grab me food from here before or after grocery shopping at Sam’s club food is always excellent and the service is always awesome. Having to drive an hour to and from Sam’s club I like to grab me a bite to eat here for lunch to hold me over until dinner time.

If you cannot staff with more than one employee then don’t open. It is Sunday. I ordered 38 minutes ago on the app because I don’t have much time and wanted the order available when I arrived. At this point I don’t know when my order preparation will start. There is one employee trying their best however she must stop and take orders, then prepare food. This store should not be open for business with this level of staffing.

The staff is nice. The food is good, but 2 of the last three times I’ve visited, they were out of bread, and it would take over 1/2 hour before more was available. I’m not sure how a sandwich shop can’t manage their bread supply.

Ordered twice from here. Each time it takes almost an hour to get my delivery. Have gone in once – workers seem nice, but will not order from here anymore. We order JJ’s because it’s fast and we’re in a hurry and each time this has held us up.
