Everything was fine except the usual with all these places. Don’t sell me on something I know used to be much larger. The gargantuan was massive, but like Jersey Mike’s, Penn Station & the like have reduced the sizes. Unfortunately, this is indicative of most companies.

ordered a sandwich for my lunch at 12:47.
Driver left store 1:10. Called at 1:40 to ask where my food was, work lunch break over in 20 minutes. driver was “at the light”.
Called again 10 minutes later, ‘driver right outside work place’. Let’s just say it’s the next morning and my food still says out for delivery lol. Hope my driver enjoyed my turkey tom! caused me to go without eating during my 6-5 work day.
manager was great and refunded me during the second call. but just something to keep in mind if you’re someone in health care who gets a strict 45 minutes to eat lunch.
hopefully i can change this review in the future! the people in the store are always very kind

Went in to this jimmy johns the other day and had great quick service. I come in today and an older worker beat me to the door only to let it fall in my face. Food was good until I found a short curly green hair on my tomato….

It truly pains me to write this. The folks at the store are really nice and the food is good – when you get it. For the past few weeks, my order has consistently been missing my chips or my cookie. One or the other. I do not recall the last time I got both. Sure, I probably don’t need both, but I do want them both. And I pay for both. The manager has been super nice and has offered credits, sending out the missing items, etc. But ALL I am asking for is some better quality control so I can get what I order. That’s all I want. I am happy to adjust this review if the store can get back to sending me the stuff that I am ordering!

Seriously, one of the best Jimmy John’s sandwiches I’ve ever had. There toasted spicy. Italian was amazing and it looked like it came straight out of the advertisement which never happens with anywhere so I’d like to thank these people in particular at the store you made a great sandwich and made my evening thank you.

The food is good the people are nice. But if you get it delivered they go through Uber eats. My order took 45 mins and I’m a 5 min drive from the store. I can’t do delivery anymore.
