Exceptional service. Matthew went above and beyond. I ordered my sandwich and as he was working he told me about some sandwich customizations that I wasn’t familiar with. I ended up “leaving the bread in” and I will be ordering it that way going forward. He also let me decide if I wanted the end piece, which I ABSOLUTELY did. Great sandwich. Thanks!

Taylor was engaging and friendly. Service was fast and prompt. Store was clean and well stocked in displays. First time we ever visited a Jimmy John’s…food prices were comparable to other sub/sandwich shops. The wraps and pickles we got were totally worth it! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

45 minutes for delivery for a sliver of meat. There isn’t a full piece of meat on the sandwich. The sandwich was hollow and visible through each end of the bread. We ordered food for the office during a meeting with a window of opportunity to eat. All of the orders were not labeled, and all were in different variations of what was actually ordered. The order and the customer wasn’t fulfilled to satisfaction. Understaffed doesn’t mean under fulfill the orders or inaccuratly.

Fast service, great sandwiches. The rewards program kind of sucks because the app said I had some available rewards, but when I got to the counter to redeem it, they said it wasn’t showing up on my account. Dunno, not a big deal.

We live in Middletown but had never been to the Jimmy John’s by our house. We had a coupon for a free sandwich so we got carry out for lunch on the way home from our daughter’s swim lesson.
The cashier was friendly but it was clear that he was still being trained as he had to ask the manager for help a few times while keying in our order. The cashier also was unable to credit us the $1 on our rewards account, simply saying, “I hope that worked.”

The manager seemed upset to have customers and his tone with us and his coworkers was unfriendly at best. We asked about using the coupon on our order and he said it couldn’t be done without changing it from a combo meal. While that didn’t seem a big problem, it felt like it was too much hassle. It was $36 for two sandwiches with combos and a little John sandwich with chips. The price is one thing but the tone that we were met with by the manager was the main reason we won’t be returning.

As we left with our carry out, the cashier asked the manager, “Is something bothering you today?” We understand that people have bad days, and we were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered, but we felt like our order and presence were a burden today for the manager.

**I received a phone call from the manager within a couple of hours of our visit. She was very apologetic and concerned about our experience. I appreciate her communication and quick efforts to make it right. It was the training manager who we had the poor experience with.

I ordered sandwiches for delivery last night. The delivery kid stood outside of my apartment for 15 minutes talking to my neighbor, my fiance had to go down to physically get the order from him because he wouldn’t stop talking. In total, it took 45 minutes to receive the order from 1.7 miles down the street. We open the bag to find that our sandwiches and extra pickles were labeled with disrespectful terms as seen in the picture. We drove to the store to find the kid laughing about it, but then “sincerely apologized” with a huge smile on his face. His manager refunded our order but I will not be returning to this location.

If I could rate my experience today with10 stars I would!! I wanna give a huge shout out to 2 really amazing employees today for going above and beyond to make sure I received my togo order. Olivia one of the managers and her sister Kaitlyn not only exceeded my expectations but went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied!! After uber was originally supposed to drop off my takeout order that never arrived, i called the store and Olivia made took amazing care of me. Im not the one to complain usually but dont mess with a pregnant lady and her food lol and a coincidence she was pregnant and completely understood where i was coming from. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Their card reader is faulty they said it didnt go through when I said it did. I told her it said payment complete she didnt believe me forced me to enter it again (or i leave and paid for a sandwhich and get no sandwhich) so i reluctantly entered my card again in order to get my sandwhich and of course like I said it would, the next day I see it had double charged me. So I go in the next day to get a refund and wasted my time because after 10 minutes of searching they cant find my order from the previous day that is showing up on my card as 2 seperate charges (not pending) fully reconciled
But she cant find them to refund me and told me to file a chargeback dispute which meanwhile i am out of $30
I will never go back to jimmy johns, it sucks because i liked the place but i was basically called a liar and when I was proven to be right they couldn’t make it right.
