Ordered food at exactly 1:18, got a notification 5 mins later that my order was out for delivery but it took another 30 mins to get to me. I only was 0.5 miles from the store. The guy delivering it also had the audacity to “thank me” for the tip I didn’t leave. Not freaky fast at all. I could have walked there faster.

Ordered three sandwiches and when I showed up to pick them up they had given them to some random woman. They told me it would take twenty minutes to make more bread. Thirty minutes later they were serving people off the street and had forgotten about me. Honestly made me wonder if they were in on the theft and just hoped I would go away. Don’t go here unless you’re looking to steal some food, I guess.

Never had a problem with this location, go in they are always nice and say hello. Food is always great. My order is luckily the easiest and they are so fast making it and delivering it. Love this location a bunch will always come back!

Arrived at 8:35 PM on February 24, The crew was horseplay in the back, wearing their gloves that they make sandwiches with, touching everything, blatant disregard for food and safety standards.
The line where they make the sandwiches was a complete mess, bread, laying out, pickles laying out, crumbs everywhere, the floor was a mess, The area where they make the food was completely disgusting. So bad so I took one look around, and walked out within 20 seconds.
Food service workers need to be more cognitive of their surroundings, and what they touch while wearing the gloves that they make and prep food with.
I literally drove to the Dutchmans Lane location It has always been clean in the past.
African-American female, African-American male, and Caucasian male, were the crew.
Pitiful.

As soon as we walked in, one of the workers looked at my lady and said “are yall in a happy a d committed relationship?” He then proceeded to stare at her for a good 3 minutes instead of preparing our order. The man working the register had to tell him 4 times to put gloves on, stop staring, and prepare our food. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for everyone.

The area manager of this place needs to be fired. Do not list yourself as open on Door Dash if you do not have any reasonable way to get the food to the customer. Grow up, get another job, do something else.
