Great for a cold sandwich quick stop. Nothing to brag about. I had ordered the Jimmy Cubano it was good, would have been better warm. It was a rainy day but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t clean the tables. They were all dirty. We had to clean one off with napkins to sit at. They did start to clean as we were leaving.

First time here since opening & most definitely will not be the last. From the time of ordering, payment & to receiving the food was less than 2 minutes, if that. The food tasted very fresh & priced lower than other sandwich shops. The chips that I’ve tried so far (jalapeno) were actually full and not half sized! Amazing! The gentleman working the drive thru window was kind, polite & actually had a smile. Great stuff!

While I really enjoy the food here over Subway, perhaps management should consider teaching their employees how to properly adjust themselves while on the floor serving food. Adam in drive thru had his hand all the way down his pants under his apron and I was completely appalled! Please do better!

This Jimmy John’s is an embarrassment to the company. It was dirty and unorganized. I easily waited 20 minutes for a sandwhich with no one ahead of me inside. One worker was picking his teeth and then making drinks. They were also asking people to leave a tip when service was subpar and slow. It was a horrible experience. Go somewhere else!! Overall 1/10.

This is an unfortunate review. I had placed my order on advance, for reference times I will be using easy to work with times; I had placed an online order at 5:30, arrived to this establishment at 5:40 and when I arrived there was a piece of paper on the door that read,”lobby is closed, under staffed, underpaid”, so I had to queue in a 1 person line and had told the drive thru employee my name and they said they were only just right then working on making my sandwiches which I did not recieve until 6. So, in short it took 30 minutes to make two basic sandwiches with no one in queue and as I sat in the parking lot ambulance workers showed up, to presumably get their sandwiches, and had to bang on the door to get the attention of the workers which then took about 5 minutes before anyone inside actually opened the door. Very terrible service.

Jimmy John’s is a solid choice for a quick sandwich fix. While it may not reach the heights of Firehouse Subs, it surpasses Subway in terms of taste and quality. My teenage kids are big fans and constantly crave their sandwiches. With fast service and a decent menu, Jimmy John’s satisfies their appetites and keeps them coming back for more.

First time using the Maryville location. The food never disappoints. Love the unwich. Ordered online for drive-thru pickup. Speaker was broken, so everyone had to order at window, which slowed down the line. My order was ready when I pulled up and delicious as always.
