Menu and food was very good. I really like their tuna salad. This location was not clean. The dining room floor was sticky. The baseboards worry noticably filthy. Men’s restroom especially dirty. Even the light switch cover was dirty and needed cleaning. Dirty plunger beside the toilet and even a couple of roaches crawling around on the floor.

This is an updated review for this location. I have been here a few times and so far I’ve only had one bad experience. Mobile order is quick and easy! Sandwiches are good overall. Sometimes the toppings are very sparse but other than that the sandwiches are decent.

Went in to get a couple of sandwiches the other night. First thing I noticed was how clean this place was. The counter staff was nice and quick with the order. I got two #11 Country Club sandwiches on white. The bread was good and the meat was flavorful with lettuce and mayo. I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s if I’m getting a cold sub. It’s a big sub at a fair price. I thought the sandwiches were good and was satisfied with everything. Lot’s of reviews were less than stellar but my experience was very good. I would recommend this location for a good cold sandwich.

Chris provides the kind of smile and kind of service that makes it worth coming back everyday even if the quality of the food was subpar. The fact that both the food and service were were fantastic is why I actually made it a point to get out of my car to go in and shake his hand, introduce myself and thank him for giving us the best service we’d ever received here. I’ve been a huge fan of Jimmy John’s for years and it’s usually fast. Tonight I went to the one in Maryville and waited 10 mins at the mic to just place my order and then waited another 10 mins before getting my (1) turkey sandwich. 20 mins, no apology for wait. Poor customer service. I eat at the one in Knoxville all the time but I will never be back to Maryville. I was so excited when we go one as it’s only a couple miles from my house.

We drove 60+ miles to the nearest Jimmy John’s just to try the Pickle Sandwich. I was not disappointed. It was amazing. Not an item to eat in the car. LOL

Great for a cold sandwich quick stop. Nothing to brag about. I had ordered the Jimmy Cubano it was good, would have been better warm. It was a rainy day but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t clean the tables. They were all dirty. We had to clean one off with napkins to sit at. They did start to clean as we were leaving.

OK… This app will let you know when your order is placed but I have NEVER received a notification saying my order was ready!!! Sitting in the parking lot, waiting for my food so I can go to work.. Ask the woman behind the counter why wasn’t I notified it was ready? She said “it just doesn’t”??!! Why have an app if it doesn’t provide convenients? Also, what ever happened to “Speedy Fast”??? This place here in Maryville is slow slow slow!!!!!
