Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich without tomato and my sandwich is 90% bread and 10% sauce. Still not sure if they actually put and chicken on it. Could’ve fit all of the toppings on a 6 inch and still had room for more.

Very busy during the day but quick service. At night’s pretty dead, still quick service. I had the turkey sandwich without mayonnaise about 6:15 p.m. On Thursday night. By Friday morning that thing had shot right through me. Don’t know what it was, they did give me a little tub of ranch dressing to try on it. Maybe that was it but I will not be going back.

The food at Jimmy John’s is great — always fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the customer service is absolutely horrible. They blast the music so loud you can’t even think straight, and when you try to ask a question, you can’t hear the response. Instead of turning it down or being understanding, the staff gets extremely rude with you. It really ruins the experience, no matter how good the food is.

Freaky fast my ssa! I work downtown and occasionally eat here.. today I ordered at 2:06pm and it is now 3pm….. still nothing. I called to check on my order and was told he(don’t know the guys name) would call the driver and see what’s up. I haven’t received a call back and my order still hasn’t shown up. I’m done with this place! There are far too many LOCAL spots to be dealing with this and the food is mediocre at best.

I don’t like giving anything but five stars but for someone who orders often, I was sad to see how my sandwich arrived today. It arrive with no meat and was poorly made, never had this happen before. Freaky fast is always nice but slowing down and making sure the orders are correct could prevent these errors.

I just passed by my local Jimmy John’s on a casual Saturday. I saw a lovely pregnant employee taking a break outside of this Market Street location. She was also smoking a lovely cigarette—not only warming her lungs, but her unborn child’s as well! The child may come out freaky fast, but not freaky fresh. SHAME.
