Freaky good freaky fast used to be their motto, I guess someone got upset at the word and they had to remove it. This place is still freaky good freaky fast though so just fyi! This place specifically has always had the greatest customer service and the food is always good of course. The parking lot may be a little difficult to navigate but what else would you expect with such a good location.

The restaurant was clean, and service was fast, but wow what mediocre food. I’m not saying this particular location was bad, but the restaurant chain as a whole. I can’t believe I paid $19 for two small subs and no drinks or sides. My fiancee and I left hungry. We went to the gym that morning, so we were both pretty hungry, but $19 got us enough to leave us wanting to stop elsewhere. We were both so disappointed. The food itself wasn’t bad, but it was super bland and just….blah. The bread looked like movie prop bread, like it was fake or something. The subs were really small, like maybe 7″ at most. There was barely any meat on the one sub we got, and the other had a fair amount. The main issue was how small they were, and how bland they were. The food here reminded me of something you would be served at a middle school cafeteria. I told the employee that we had never been there before, and he just stood there without saying anything until I finished paying.

If you’re looking for a loaded sandwich, this isn’t the Jimmy John’s to go to. Better luck at firehouse for the bang for your buck. The sandwiches are mostly bread at this location. Hardly any condiments or toppings inside of the sandwich, as you can see. And for some reason every sandwich I’ve ordered with specific items inside, they never fail to add jalapeños & red peppers when I have never asked for them.

Extra slow. Was I drive through at window for over 15 minutes . Watched sandwich maker wearing gloves tough everything including garbage can with same pair of gloves, he was stocking and didn’t start making sandwiches until there were 6 tickets up. I have never waited that long for a dirty sandwich. I used to love this place but not so much now. Super sad how it’s went down.

We ordered from them for our film production. We called and emailed them before our scheduled order so they wouldn’t forget. They lied to us and told us they were making our order to find out they never were. Also our order was supposed to be delivered but they did not have a delivery driver so we had to send someone to pick up the food. The person we sent said that no one was interested in making our order and he had to wait over an hour to get the order. We ended up getting our order over 2 and half hours late to a hungry cast & crew. When we called to explain our frustrations they talked to us like this was our fault and eventually brought up excuses about having a hard time keeping employees. We asked for a refund and still haven’t received one and this happened back in July 2024.

Cannot follow simple instructions. I have had multiple issues where sandwiches were made completely wrong. When asked for a refund, they make excuses as to why they can’t, then offer a $5 just card instead. They should focus on being freaky correct instead of freaky fast.

I’m hoping this gets to the right people, but this location DOES NOT follow food safety regulations. There was only one person working tonight, a very nice woman, who I watched use the same gloves to handle multiple credit cards, touch dirty computer screens, and then HANDLE the food without ever changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting and the number one reason why bacteria borne illnesses are spread at places like this. DO NOT EAT HERE
Update: I also shared this feedback on Jimmy John’s website the same night I left this review (5 days ago), and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed with Jimmy John’s and the lack of significance they’ve attributed to my concern.
