I buy my staff lunch every Friday as thanks for the hard work they do. I try to do business with local people. I ordered lunch for my staff at 11:30 for delivery at 2303 Parker St, Cleveland, TN. There is a big sign on the building, it’s hard to miss, yet they did. When I called to check on my order, I was told, “My driver had a ‘bad’ address, and I’m busy and don’t have time to deal with it, “so I told her just to come back. Over an hour later, the driver shows up, saying I should give better directions next time. There will not be a next time.

This store is usually very speedy and very accurate making my order. The sandwiches are good, and the staff is very friendly. My *one* complaint: They almost never put any napkins in my bag! And if you’re like me and always order a big ole juicy pickle on the side, you’ll want napkins.

FIRST TIME trying Jimmy John’s. The food tasted okay. Both sandwiches I ordered hardly had any thing on them. It was about 95% empty bread. My food also was made incorrectly. I didn’t ask for it to be fixed because the employees vibe and attitude made it seem like they hated their job. They were uninterested to make my food properly & correctly the first time why would a remake be any different? Absolutely will not be back to this location. Restaurants in cleveland TN seem to consistently SUCK. I’ll probably give this business one more go in Chattanooga or Ooltewah, they seem to have their shit together.

Went here on the 18 or 19th of November, there were some new people on staff that day. I was in drive through, guy on intercom lacked basic etiquette. He remained silent after I ordered my meal, so in confusion, I proceeded to next window. Upon receiving my meal, dark guy hands me the sub with a receipt but with no bag or napkin. As if the ultimate Italian isn’t a messy delicacy. Had to request bag and napkins. Staff was really silent.Just bad vibes. It’s horrible that these corporate restaurants or franchises whatever don’t really care about instilling friendly customer service etiquette to thier employees anymore. (Sigh) is it a culture thing or a certain kind of people thing.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pickup my order, the staff told me that I would have to call corporate and request a refund because they were out of bread. Out of bread on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm?! Okay, so not my fault Beavis and Butthead we’re too involved with getting baked that they forgot to bake the bread. But, now I have to be without my money waiting for a refund (for 10 business days after they issue a refund) …and now I have to be inconvenienced and call their corporate office (who by the way, does not answer calls on the weekend)… and to top it all off?!… rude, rude, rude staff.

Every time I order from the app I’ll add other things like avocado spread or meat or sauce, and this is the 5th or 6th time I’m paying for added ingredients and not getting it on the sandwiches. At first I let it go but now I’m getting tired of it sadly. Wasting money here if I’m paying for extra stuff and not getting them.

Wouldn’t be able to answer on the food. Fast wasn’t 25 minute wait and no one ever brought the food. Had to call the 1800 to get a refund because the folks there were incompetent.

Show up at 7:50 to be told that they apparently just ran out of bread and it would be 45 minutes which means they just started cooking it because as a former employe I know how long it takes. Get better workers who prep before they run out of bread not when they run out of bread worst service ever won’t be coming back

Ordering was a pain with the guy cutting us after every couple of words. Waited over 10 minutes for 4 sandwiches. When they finally brought them out, none of the sandwiches were labeled.
