Worse experience ill never eat in this branch. The manager has a really bad attitude. I ordered the toasted chicken sandwich and saw her trying to toast the bread after she put mayo on it so I asked her to add mayo after she refused and said this is how she makes it so I said in this case I dont want it and asked my money back and took a picture of the sandwich she made so I have a proof I guess she noticed I have an accent and told me I cant take a picture and said “Maybe where’s you come from you can do it not here” Yikes. Never again. Save your money or find other branches with better attitude

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food is good.
If looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat you could do a lot worse, as walking around as a complete outsider I couldn’t see anything else close.

Had the new Chipotle wrap. Everything was good and fresh. Maybe a bit too much sauce. Sauce was a bit too drippy. Was delivered to my office and wasn’t well protected from the rain. Bag was soaked.

I went to Jimmy Johns because I wanted to try something different and was tired of the usual fast food. It was also nearby where I was. It looks like they have young people running it. I saw 3 teen looking workers. I came in wasn’t greeted and the guy taking my order looked like he didn’t want to. He didn’t even ask what bread did I want. I said could I have that on wheat bread he said “there ain’t none”. I then asked could he toast it a little bit more and he said “I already did”. So I just said ok and left it alone and got my sandwich. I wanted the bread crispy and cheese melted. Least at subway they toast your bread better and melt the cheese. Never going back to this location.

This location is clean and the food was good. There are no public restrooms, which is not a surprise because it’s downtown but is a surprise based on the layout. The workers were in a good mood. Their Spotify playlist was not one you would want your kids to hear. But if you’re grown and patient, this place could provide you with a nice sandwich.

Friendly staff but, wow, are they getting stingy with the meat and fixings at this location. My girlfriend and I each had an experience being served a sandwich with multiple bites of nothing but bread. We both opened up our buns to discover virtually nothing compared to previous servings from this location, as well as competitors. The overall flavor was good, but the sandwich was shockingly light on everything. I would say that, had she and I put the contents of each of our sandwiches together and tossed one of the buns, we’d have had the kind of sandwich we typically receive and expect. We agreed, there’s a Subway just a minute away on foot, and we’ll be going there from now on, even if there’s a longer wait than we’d prefer. (We understand now why the lines are sometimes longer at Subway, customers are actually getting what they pay for there.)
