Order took 35 minutes to make. Both sandwiches were made entirely wrong. Missing more than 3 ingredients on both sandwiches. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money. Pictured is my very sad sandwich that they only put lettuce tomato and mustard on

Ok, so here it is. The #9! The first bite is always the determining factor, it is on point! Fresh Meats, crispy lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The Bread?? It’s beyond fresh, he pulled a loaf out as I walked in. I can’t emphasize how amazing this sandwich was and how impeccable the customer service was! Knowledgeable, friendly, kind and extremely attentive! Boom! Mic drop!

I just visited this location. I parked in the back where there are 3 signs that clearly say parking for Jimmy John’s customers. Well before I could even put my car in park, one of the delivery drivers rolled down his window to tell me my car would be towed because this is parking for drivers. I told him it clearly states parking for customers. He responded with “don’t be long or they will tow you because this is parking for drivers.” I told him again the sign says customers and he repeated his statement yet again. We went back and forth about three times before I decided to just tune him out. If Jimmy John’s doesn’t have parking for their customers then how do they expect to have customers?! And why would there be a sign stating parking for customers only for customers to be threatened with being towed because it’s “for the drivers”?! This made me not even want to spend my money there. Jimmy John’s is looking for trouble if they tow a customer’s car from the CUSTOMER PARKING area. Do better!

Ordered a turkey sandwich and it arrived, an hour later, with no turkey. Wanted the sandwich that I ordered and they sent me a refund instead since they “didn’t have the delivery driver right now.” Order from a different location.

Terrible terrible customer service. The two gentlemen working huffed and rolled their eyes as we opened the door. They groaned and eye rolled as they made our sandwiches. Angrily tossing things aside, in the trash, and on the floor as they corrected their own mistakes. Just pitiful.

My toddler was very sick with a cold and wanted a pickle sandwich. He wasn’t eating, so it became a priority. I was calling locations in advance to make sure I wouldn’t return empty handed. When I spoke to the chef, he was very receptive, and told me he’d make it for us even though the item was no longer on the menu. Now, my son is eating. Great experience! Also the tuna “unwhich” was great.

The sandwich was kind of dry. I had the 8″ sandwich roast beef & turkey and added the ham, medium drink meal. It didn’t have much Mayo on it. Plus this meal costed me $18 dollars. I got charged for the extra ham and the cheese. FOR A SANDWICH!?!?!. This meal was easily worth $6 not $18. I dont see this business lasting very long. Their sandwiches are too expensive. I should’ve gone to publix and gotten a $10 sandwich that would be well worth $20, because it’s that good. Also at Jimmy Johns, they want you to bag your own chips and sandwich then have the nerve to ask you for a tip. WTH!

I waited 2 hours for a delivery that the driver told me would be 20 minutes max. The lady who worked the phone was rude. I have been trying to reach the GM Charlie for several days, left my phone number, no response. I work nearby and our staff frequently orders here and we even refer our patients. We give them a lot of business but the ball has surely been dropped when it’s time for them to take care of us. This is the second time one of our nurses has had to wait hours for a sandwich that should take minutes. As an RN, sometimes we barely get a lunch break, so when we finally are able to order food, we expect it in a timely manner. I had a horrible experience. Jersey mikes is 1 minute away and much better service. After asking the rep for some compensation for my wait she said nope if you want the sandwich u need to pay full price for it. It was all very unprofessional. The delivery guy was kind but he never asked for my phone number which supposedly started the delay, but I called back 30 minutes later and gave the info and it still took over 1.5 hours more. He asked where I was located and I told him where. I asked if he wanted the address he told me no that he knew where it was. It was all bad. Taking my business where I am appreciated. Soft bread, but not worth the disappointment.
