I was told by the GM “I spoke to the manager and he stated there is no lettuce on the sandwich, are you sure it is lettuce” I LAUGHED and told my husband that she told me the there was no lettuce on my sandwich!
Ordered the Cubano-this sandwich does not come with lettuce. Everytime I order it, it comes with lettuce, therefore I started naming it – NO LETTUCE SANDWICH- well as you can see from the pictures below, that is most definitely lettuce!

I normally order takeout but had some extra time so decided to sit down and eat my lunch. The employees are very friendly and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. My sandwich (#5, no tomato) was ready before I even finished paying! It was fresh and delicious, as always. I’ll be back soon!

Wow. Thanks for the “tomato” on my sandwich. Next time I order from you (if i ever do) just tell me that you ran out of tomatoes instead of putting several nickel sized tomato heels on it. Just slightly larger than my fingernail. And yes that’s all that was on it….

One sandwich had an excessive amount of mayo, so much the wrapper was covered.

This place was one of my favorite places when I stayed in Memphis, Tennessee, but however the one I’ve tried in Murfreesboro can’t seem to get the sandwiches correct on a consistent basis. Once it’s okay you try again then it’s not okay. You try to bring it to their attention and sometimes they are receptive and sometimes they’re not. So I’m going to give up on trying to eat there.

The food is good, but they need better training when it comes to customer service. You always greet the customer when he/she walks in, don’t just stand behind the register and stare at the customer, greet the customers, make the customer feel welcome. The management must do a better job with training the employees on customer satisfaction.

I went to this location on June 1, 2023. I placed my order online in my vehicle and walked in and was greeted immediately by an employee. He checked to make sure they had my order and told me exactly the possible wait time. They were busy, which indicated to me a lot of people want to purchase their meals from this location. I eat at many Jimmy John’s when I travel and have seen a lot of these stores. This location is great and one of the best. They give you suggestions on what to order when they are asked. Service and the meats in the sandwiches are great. I have never had a wrong order and find they are consistent in their quality of service and food.
