As others have said, the service at this location is not up to par, particularly delivery service. About 75% of the time you order for delivery, you will soon get a call saying they have no driver, short staffed or other excuses. In the most recent case, they accepted a delivery order and I waited for over an hour and had to call them to find out what was going on. Of course, no delivery driver. Please just stop accepting delivery orders.

I eat Jimmy John’s frequently in Mobile, but this one isn’t up to snuff. Service is super slow. They will have two people working and they rotate between drive through, call in and Mobile order. There’s not enough staff and they don’t seem to be trained well.

Don’t order delivery. They will accept your order and your money, then tell you they don’t have enough drivers to deliver it to you, promise you a refund, then block your number so you can’t get ahold of them. Its been 15 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Do better, JJ.

I eat at Jimmy John’s a lot… Like 3 plus times a week. This location is consistently not that great with service, knowledge, or food compared to any others around. I’m hoping it’s just a learning curve since it’s newer. I’ve gotten the wrong order multiple times, was charged double once, etc.
