My family and I truly enjoy eating here rather for lunch or dinner. The food is not heavy or greasy and if you’re looking for a quick bite that’s inexpensive I will most definitely recommend eating here and the staff They’re always very respectful and pleasant. Usually, I like for my subs to be toasted or heated, and Jimmy John’s they do not heat or toast their subs. I believe on certain particular subs, they will heat or toast those that’s on their menu it all depends on the type you choose, but for more details on The food they toast or heat you would have to go to the website or either visit your local Jimmy John’s and ask, I’m not too accurate about which items on the menu is heated or toasted but the food is always very good, vegetables are always fresh as well the bread is always fresh. My. Overall experience every time I have visited this restaurant has always been pleasant.

Spent $50 on sandwiches and it had rotten lettuce on it. Made me sick. Worker charged us .28 cents for a water cup for my daughter. Acted like it was a problem we only had a $5 bill.

The food was delightful. My problem was I place to order online and it took over an hour and still no message our email saying that stuff is ready .I called them and the girl said oh yeah we forgot to send the message or the email my problem is you need to get people that works in your company know what they’re doing instead of young little girls are young boys playing around and stuff instead of doing their job that’s the only problem with Jimmy John’s they had people that needs to grow up and know how to work in a business and the owner needs to check their employees very well and make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to do or this manager instead of him playing around instead of calling people letting them know their order is ready I should not had to wait no hour for my order and then I had to call to see if it was ready they’re supposed to send me a message or email shame on you Jimmy John. And I think it’s really cute send me a message at 6:33 p.m. and saying my order is ready and I called at 4:25 p.m. and place my order they think that’s a joke to do customers like that the owner of this company really needs to check their workers out

I had a Vito with all the fixings and a drink and jalapeno chips. It was delicious. The seasoning and vinaigrette dressing already on it was so delicious that I didn’t even use the included mustard. The jalapeno chips complimented the sandwich perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

The guys working around 3pm today were OUTSTANDING! So very patient with my 10 year and me being our first time. She wanted a certain kind of meat they didn’t have so I whispered to one that she wouldn’t know the difference with the other kind to just put it on there and they all 3 played the part very well for me! Making a late lunch easy!

I ordered from here to be delivered to eat for dinner tonight for my girlfriend and I , after I ordered they called and said they were out of French bread and we had to wait an extra 25-30 minutes to get the bread we wanted so we could get our sandwiches made, then when the food finally did arrive, after about an hour of waiting when we live 10 minutes from the restaurant, they got my order completely wrong and reversed. I asked for no onion and the only thing on the sandwich besides the meat was onion and the bread was hard and didn’t seem fresh at all. There was hair on my girlfriend’s sandwich as well, this was a waste of money and a waste of time. We could have gone to Subway and gotten food 10 dollars cheaper and 10 times better than the food we got here. Very disappointed and will not go back
