Okay first let me start by saying the gentlemen working there named Paris was fantastic.Paris made a great veggie sub and that is the only two reasons this location gets a three stars. Mainly because of Paris.because Paris was the ONLY employee working there.and there was well over 25 people waiting for sandwiches.Paris had a greT attitude as he both worked the counter taking orders and payments and also making and serving the sandwiches.normally a jimmy johns has five or six employees working with that many customers.it took Paris 45 minutes to get to my order.i watched about 15 people turn around and head out due to the long wait. But it was not Paris’s fault because he was left all alone.Paris great work ethic gets this location three stars.and he is the only reason it gets three stars.

I love Jimmy John’s in general. However, I’ll avoid this one from now on and recommend you do the same. Despite the fact that nation-wide Jimmy John’s has a rewards program, when I ordered and tried to get rewards credits I was told they don’t participate. I asked about a military discount (this is a military town with an Air Force base featured prominently). Again, no go. What’s particularly troubling to me, though, is that my receipt prominently displayed “Look up your Freaky Fast Rewards” at the bottom (pic included). I guess this is just to spite you over what you could have had if you had gone to a better Jimmy John’s!

I really like JJ and want to support this business but every visit is worse than the one before. We came here after a biscuit’s game a few Sundays ago and the only worker they had was in the bathroom. For a very long time. So long that we didn’t want to eat whatever she prepared.

The unwich is fantastic. Order online to make it quick. Plenty of seating, parking is ok. Conveniently located off of Taylor Rd. Clean, plenty of seating. Staff is very polite.

We are on our way home (Nashville) from the beach and drove out of our way, because my daughter wanted a tuna sandwich from Jimmy John’s. She is pescetarian, so there are not many options for her. The lady told her they were out of tuna. . Please notice all the cans of tuna sitting up on the shelf. This was at 1:15p. Make more. I could understand if they were about to close, but they weren’t. Disappointed for sure.

Sandwich maker made wrong sandwich and when questioned (with receipt) lied about the size of the sandwich (lil’ John vs. regular). She was working by herself but also had a bad attitude towards customers. Not great to spend $65 for 6 sandwiches and one of them being wrong without making it right with the customer.

Came in at 7:30pm, and they close at 8pm. I get it, you’re tired and want to go home BUT you’re still operational until 8pm. Only one young lady working on a Friday night.
