Okay first let me start by saying the gentlemen working there named Paris was fantastic.Paris made a great veggie sub and that is the only two reasons this location gets a three stars. Mainly because of Paris.because Paris was the ONLY employee working there.and there was well over 25 people waiting for sandwiches.Paris had a greT attitude as he both worked the counter taking orders and payments and also making and serving the sandwiches.normally a jimmy johns has five or six employees working with that many customers.it took Paris 45 minutes to get to my order.i watched about 15 people turn around and head out due to the long wait. But it was not Paris’s fault because he was left all alone.Paris great work ethic gets this location three stars.and he is the only reason it gets three stars.

I placed an order yesterday evening, 08/24/25, with a pickup time between 6:15 pm -6:30 pm. I arrived to pick up my order around 6:20 pm, and the door was locked. The closed sign was on. Lights were off. And when I called, the number rang a few times and went to a busy signal. Yet, my order was able to be placed, I received a confirmation email (37617503663849475), no one contacted me to say you were closing earlier than the 9 pm stated time on your site (despite having my contact info in the order), and my card was charged ($38.30). Today, 08/25/24, your website states you are open, I attempted to call again to reach someone, and again it rang a few times before going to a busy signal. How does one get reimbursed for goods not received? Incidentally, we attempted to patronize your location once before without ordering ahead, and found you to be closed during stated business hours.

We stop at this location a few times a year on the way to and from the beach. Convenient location and we usually hit it right around lunchtime. The last few trips we’ve noticed a sharp decline in this location. Before it was the service (which was fast and friendly today). However I would have traded bad service for accurate orders.

The unwich is fantastic. Order online to make it quick. Plenty of seating, parking is ok. Conveniently located off of Taylor Rd. Clean, plenty of seating. Staff is very polite.

Please close the doors to all 3 locations until you can offer all menu items and properly staff the locations. Driving from one side of town to the other and both locations do not have tuna for their sandwich’s, but at lest the guy was in the process of making some during the lunch hour. JJ used to be the best in town, don’t know what happened to there service! And one location offers military discount the other doesn’t, what’s that all about?

I love Jimmy Johns. My favorite is the Beach Club! However this location is terrible. They’re literally never open. Randomly in the middle of the day they’ll be closed for no reason. Yesterday evening dinnertime, Saturday night – closed. App not taking orders. Tried to call multiple times. No answer. So glad I didn’t drive the 15 min drive over there! Today, Sunday, lunchtime. Same story. This is a constant occurrence. When they are open, the food is great. I’d eat there a lot more often if they had any sort of normal operating hours. Google says they’re open til 9pm but on any given day they may not even be open at 2pm. Also, this location does not allow you to use rewards or offers in the Jimmy John’s app. It’s a real shame – they’re going to end up totally out of business and it’s nobody’s fault but theirs. Sad.

Comically bad service. I love Jimmy John’s, but this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. It’s a waste of everyone’s time and the existence of this store is damaging to the Jimmy John’s brand.
– They close 7 hours early seemingly every day. Google maps says they’re open until 9pm — but they seem to close around 2pm. I’m new to this area and this caused confusion and disappointment my first two times attempting to go there
– Apparently they don’t have a delivery driver. I live ~6 minutes out and I called in to ask how far out they delivered — for whatever reason they don’t accommodate. They have a sign on the front door that says they’re available on uber, but if you check the uber app it says unavailable.
– I ordered over the phone and said I’d be there in 15 minutes; when I got there — they hadn’t started on the order and the employees were sitting around a table kicking back with no other customers in the store, and seemed mildly annoyed / surprised that I actually showed up.
– Their drink machine was broken (?? but whatever) — they didn’t bother to tell me this over the phone where I placed an order for a large fountain drink. They told me in the store in an awkward way after I picked up the cup and started heading towards the machine. What’s more – they had a limited selection of canned drinks — typically there are many options including bottled drinks.
– They cut my sandwich even though I didn’t ask for it. Somehow, with everything else, they managed to ALSO mess up the food. Not everyone wants their sandwich cut — you can’t uncut a sandwich — but you can always cut it. This is a personal preference but it just doesn’t make any sense and speaks to their general incompetence — I’ve never had to specify that I DONT want the sandwich cut like what are we even talking about?
In my opinion, whatever’s going on at this particular Jimmy John’s is too far gone — if I was corporate I’d conduct a thorough review, after which point you’d likely find many more problems than I did in my brief experience, then I’d shut the store down and save everyone time and money.

For the Taylor Rd location, never open at 11am like they’re supposed to be. They open whenever they feel like it, or whenever the guy bothers to show up.
Last time we went we ordered two different, but simple, sandwiches, and just received two of the same sandwich bc the guy behind the line couldn’t be bothered to make them correctly. He also charged us the wrong amount which had to be corrected before we left. It was not busy at all during this time. Only one other couple in the establishment.
