This was the first Jimmy John’s we’ve ever been to, and I’ll never go back!! $32 for 2 plain sandwiches, chips, and a drink! I would have walked out, but there wasn’t another fast restaurant in the area! I can pay $32 for 4 of my family to eat at Subway and they have so many kinds options for toppings unlike the bland options at Jimmy John’s. It was terrible.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever! You can’t order online, and they make up their own hours. The last time I was here I went at 8pm and they were already closed. The website said they were open till 9pm, and now today I tried to order at 6:30pm and they are closed the website says 9pm.

The Team at this location was spot on ! Very astute in their operations and delivering in a crunch situation! They were able to provide 45 box lunches on a very short notice. All of my guest loved there expedience and to execute on very, very short notice.

Went in the downtown location for lunch with a coworker. Coworker was giving his order and I was reading the menu. the young lady ask me if she could take my order. i was still looking at the menu and told her i needed to use the restroom and i would be right back to give her my order. the doors had combination locks on them. i went and ask a worker if they had to have a code to get in and he said yes, i then told him i needed to use the restroom. he told me that the code comes on your receipt. i said ok but i needed to use the restroom before i order. he told me he didn’t know what to do about that. i informed him i was going to eat lunch there but i will be leaving his store never to return. the guy acted like he didn’t care one way or the other. i was shocked and this place is run by that guy so i wouldn’t recommend going to this place!

Double the prices of other locations. Standard sub is $10. Little mini sub is $5 plus tax. I won’t be coming here, overpriced. Charges extra for adding extra veggies too when all other shops are free. This place is a rip off.
