I placed an order on the app for pick up by somebody other than me… I put her name on it even but when she got to the store, she was told I hadn’t placed my order yet. I had actually just gotten notification that the order was ready for pick up before she called. she had never been to Jimmy John’s before, nobody explained to her the process of getting your own fountain drink, and they put the cup upside down in the bag, making it look like there was a Bottled drink underneath. With my sandwich, I ordered barbecue chips, a brownie, and a halved pickle. When she returned with my order, which was almost $40, the pickle was quartered, which is not a huge deal. However the brownie was dry and crumbly, I didn’t have barbecue chips. I had salt and vinegar chips, and there was no soda. When I called the store to explain there was no soda, there was no offer for a credit or anything except to come back and fill my cup. I love Jimmy John’s, but not with this many errors in one order And attitude when I call about it!

Asked for a medium cubano and medium tuna sandwich plus a bag of chips. Both sandwiches were scant on the filings. Total was $30. On top of that when I went to tap my card, the total was $80! When I brought this to the server’s attention, he seemed irritated. Guess he was add in the tip. Got that squared away and left immediately.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever been to.firstly, it’s overpriced. Secondly the service is trash. I just went in and paid $20 for a sandwich and a bag of chips. Tipped and everything just for me to have to bag my own sandwich. Booooooooo…. You guys suck.

I consider myself a very dedicated and faithful Jimmy John’s customer. There are very few things I love more than a JJ sammy. Last weekend we stopped at this location during our family roadtrip and I am not being dramatic when I say this was the only time I have been disappointed with JJ – and it was absolutely astonishing. I made a pick up order from my app, and I waited patiently in line for my turn. There was one woman in front of me I wasn’t sure if she had been helped yet. The one man working there said NEXT PLEASE, looking at both of us. I assumed he was referring to her because she was in front of me so I didn’t say anything. His eyes got 10x bigger and angrily said NEXT??? So I just said I have a pick up order. He mumbled something as he walked away, and I waited for him to come back before I had the chance to ask for the bathroom code. Once I stepped into the bathroom it was disgusting. Pee in the toilet with the seat up, sink water running and toilet paper / paper towels everywhere. It was filthy. Once I was done, trying not to touch a thing, I picked up my sandwich and walked by a table full of old Starbucks drinks half-full, and several pizza boxes. There was no music playing, the place looked like a pig stye. Then I got back in our car and my husband & I started eating our sandwiches and they tasted disgusting. The lettuce was brown and white, and we each took maybe 1-3 bites before we just threw it away (we were already half way down the freeway) just to make sure we wouldn’t get sick. I am so beyond disappointed and shocked by this experience both service, quality of food and atmosphere.

Jimmy John’s aka JJs offers a variety of wraps, sandwiches (which I call subs), and probably home baked brownies and cookies.
I tried to get an UNwich but they were sold out. Instead my fav Italian Night Club on bread. Why doesn’t the ingredient list read MAYO??? they were putting on huge globs of MAYO. I asked for a spice mustard.
Service was fine after we settled the Mayo thing.
The meats and veggies are fresh and flavorful.

I wish I could give it ZERO STARS. This was the worst most expensive sandwich I’ve ever had. They cost more than firehouse and subway together. The service was terrible, the sandwich was just like the service terrible. This is the most basic sandwich I’ve ever had. All it had was turkey Maybe ham a little lettuce and mayo. Only mayo, no mustard no nothing. Will not be returning.

I was out of town and store was closed when I ordered off Uber eats so I didn’t know if I would miss my buss or not so I basicly said they could have it my bus was running super later and reordered the same thing again on Uber eats not only did the driver get my food to me as soon as the bus pulled up but the sub I ordered before was also in there and both was delicious thanks for the food the service and having genuine people that work that I appreciate and highly recommend this place

I recently visited and was thoroughly disappointed. Paying $18 for a sub, I expected at least decent service and flavor, but instead, the staff was rude and the taste was completely mediocre. Definitely not worth returning.

From out of state visiting not impressed. First walked to the door st 340pm and doors were locked. After manager opened door he looked very annoyed that he had to help customers. The wrap was so so. Not the best place to gonif your from outnof town. Prices were high just for 2 combos. If ever come back to montgomery again won’t be eating here. Lower prices and place management that cares to drive the business forward. The current manager is driving it backwards.
