Dine-in is good, but delivery is a gamble. If someone from JJ delivers, it gets there fairly quickly. Last time I ordered, for some reason, an uber eats driver was sent from the Hampton Cove area and took 2 hours to arrive, which isn’t necessarily on JJ, but when the driver shows up an hour and a half later, the sandwich should have been remade. By the time I got it, it was a soggy mess and I’d prefer not to eat something that has sat out for so long.
If want food from this location, pick-up or dine-in suggested. Not going to gamble in the future.

The music could be a little bit lower since there was not a lot of people in the store dining in. I would understand if there were tons of people and the dining area was noisy, but I was the only person eating in their for a little bit and then two more people came and were eating alone also.
I ordered the new chicken bacon ranch, the chicken was very bunched up in my sandwich which made it very dry. There was not enough ranch on my sandwich, but plenty of mayonnaise. I had to get more mayonnaise to dip the sandwich in for the dry chicken that was bunched together. I ended up just pulling the rest of the chicken out of the sandwich when it was about a quarter finished because it was just un appetizing

My husband ordered from here again and so far everything has been very good. Sandwiches are way better than Subway. Will come back and try other ones.

Well I don’t know what happend, but the service has become questionable. There is an older lady working there who makes you feel like you are a huge inconvenience. So far the only person who seems unfriendly. But it’s drastic and noticeable.
And then not well made sandwhiches. Both mine and my husband’s had close to a quarter of the bread left with nothing on it. We eat at this location almost every weekend. Not sure what happend

I got the chicken Cesar unwich. Omg it was sooooo good!! Licking my lips now thinking how good! I spent about $12 on it. And it was stuffed! It was a good amount I got so full before I finished. You would think you would lose some inside stuff by getting the unwich, which is the sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of bread, but that wasn’t so. I just wish that they could come in a bowl not wrapped in paper, it was very messy to eat. If I was able to go home that would have been fine, but I had to eat it at work, & I made a huge mess. Still I enjoyed it & can’t wait to buy another one soon!

2d worst JJ’s I’ve ever visited. Out of bread at 6 p.m. Offered me a tiny piece of bread and charged me full price. Took far too long to make a sandwich, finishing one for the dude behind me before mine.

Great fast service on a Tuesday evening, I regularly order from competitors of Jimmy John’s but gave their Airport Road location a try. Glad I did, was given a friendly greeting and helped through the menu by attentive staff. So fast that I almost didn’t have time to step out and take a photo of their outdoor seating, which is a nice touch these days. Will definitely be back!

Somehow, it feels like it’s perpetually every person on the staff’s first day on the job here. Disorganized, takes a long time, wrong sandwiches handed over, and I was the only customer in the store with 3 adults behind the counter.
At this point it’s a “shame on me” situation for coming back here.
Edit: Shame on me. The manager offered a free sandwich to make things right. Went in to get it, and none of the employees knew what I was talking about. It was dead at lunch time on a Saturday with employees in the booths watching their phones.
