We have been ordering from here at least once a week and really enjoying it, but our last delivery experience was awful. Management did nothing to give us a good experience after their own mistake.
They actually delivered our food to the wrong house. We called after an hour and a half to see why we hadn’t received our food and they told us they already delivered it. We said no we haven’t received it and we’ve got cameras at both doors if you want proof of that.
They proceeded to redeliver our order, but it was the WORST Jimmy John’s we’ve ever had. The sandwiches were almost nothing but lettuce and the cookie delivered was frozen solid. It seemed like they were just mad at us? I’m not really sure why because we have had successful deliveries to this address many times.
Given the horrible level of service I would’ve probably opted to refund the customer. However paid full price for some very bad food. Whoever was running the place Sunday 6/2/24 around 12-1:30 pm is not doing their job right.
We also tipped up front when we paid so very disappointed in that. Would like to understand why things went so poorly.

Usually come in to this location no problems and love it. Today one of the male workers making food had a HORRIBLE attitude. Got irritated over a gluten allergy then proceeded to make other people’s orders that came in afterwards instead. Then when asked a question he preceded to answer with a horrible attitude. I don’t think I will be returning. This experience ruined my outlook on this store.

I usually go to Subway but it was very busy tonight, so I thought I’d try JJ. There was only one other customer there and now I know why.
Maybe Subway has spoiled me. I asked what types of bread they had and the server looked confused. She said, we have 8 inch or 16 inch. I said ok, I guess I’ll have 8 inch white bread then. I told her I wanted a veggie sandwich and while I was paying, she got it completely finished and wrapped. I couldn’t see what she was putting on it because of the way the lids block your view. She never asked me what veggies I wanted, what kind of cheese I wanted, which condiments I wanted, or if I wanted it warmed or toasted.
I got home with a tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich with a thin smear of mayo and avocado, which I detest. No pickles, peppers, spinach, or even salt and pepper. Very disappointed. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would.

All sub shops and restaurants are the same? —WRONG!— Jimmy John’s sub shop is above the rest of the typical sub shops. Their ingredients are so fresh and it just taste better. The worst thing about the Florence Jimmy John’s is it’s location downtown meaning parking or lack of it and then many times you have to pay to park or risk a fine.
Would love to see another location but Jimmy John’s is so good that it’s worth a little parking trouble to get one of their Superior sandwiches. For Cold sandwiches Jimmy John’s can’t be beat, at least not in the Shoals area.

Horable customer service! $32 worth of food that was supposed to be DELIVERED because they do DELIVERY….. Was delivered to the wrong address. By Uber because they don’t have a driver. So I get told I can come pick it up. Don’t you think if I wanted to pick up food I would have gone to subway and saved some money…..

I visit this location often. I wasn’t happy with the clerk who took my order. She had a horrible attitude and it didn’t seem like she even wanted to work at this location. However the other team member was really nice and he was focused on his job. I was happy that an option was available for a toasted sandwich. My sandwich was hot and the bread was crisped to perfection. I will be back for more.

I come here alot case im gluten free and I get a unwich but today there’s a newish worker and I go all attitude from the workers and 3 people that was behind me got there food first before they even made mine the working was just rude and kind makes me now want to come here anymore not if im going to be treated like that like I was nice im so so sorry I cant get gluten and asked u to put paper down before like I do every time I come in here but today its a problem
