If I could rate this place zero stars I would… I HAVE to share my experience because I am genuinely SHOCKED at how unbelievably slow and unprofessional the service at this Jimmy John’s was. I’ve never seen anything like it. The whole point of “freaky fast” is speed, yet I waited so long I could’ve grown the lettuce myself.
But the slow service wasn’t even the worst part. The workers were downright rude. When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee rolled their eyes so hard I thought they might actually get stuck. Another worker acted like handing me my sandwich was a personal inconvenience. No smile, no greeting, just attitude. And when my order was wrong (after all that waiting!), they acted irritated that I politely pointed it out.
This is absolutely the worst place to bring your family. The atmosphere is stressful, the workers are dismissive, and the service is painfully slow. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Honestly, save your money and your sanity, no one should ever give their hard earned money to a place that treats customers this poorly.

Ordered online, and hour later I got updates it was on the way. Driver could deliver the sandwich, Manager said that corporate has to do refunds. Got the run around. Don’t waste your time.

Unbelievable place to eat, from the people to the food. 12 out of 5 stars. Absolutely delectable. Every time I go in, I’m absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, the taste of the food, and the wonderful people that work there. The men are so handsome. The bread is amazing. The cheese is 11 out of 10. The pickles….unbelievable. They always play my favorite music like Lady Gaga. This is the spot to go if you want your mind and your taste buds blown away.

First off, I love jimmy johns . And most of the time , they are great . But this most recent experience was not up to there normal standards .they pride there self on being fast , but I could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten my order quicker . And they were not overly busy . I had only 2 cars in front of me and waiting almost 20 minutes in the drivethrew for a pick up order . It is not the employees fault ether . There was one working working .

I come for the sandwiches. Unfortunately for my past not 2 not 3 but past 5 orders have been wrong. I order a roast beef and I got turkey..another time I order roast beef and had ham! Then I order peppers and turkey and get nothing on it but lettuce and tomato..then I order the big John and get some salami stuff..the manager fixed that one himself. And this last time, though small to some, I had the wrong drink. We were already so hesitant because of past’s problems, but that blew it. Always having to go back up to the store for a remake or something is ridiculous. It be the same guy in there every time too. I know he knows my husband face. Like dang. I just want a good jimmy john sandwich.

The food is great! The service is alright. And the atmosphere is amazing!!! I love all the writings on the walls. I have a rewards account with Jimmy Johns and if you like free chips or pickles it’s great. However I would like for it to reward a free sandwich after so many purchases… My fiance and I have spent almost 100 a week one time eating here every single day. That’s how yummy it is. I think that they should check their bread before they make the sandwich to make sure it’s not too hard. That has happened a couple times but other than that, I have no other complaints 🙂
