Sandwich was fine. It was not fast. The manager (assumed) was on her laptop in the front of the store when I got there. She was not friendly, nor did she acknowledge my presence. The sandwich artist was efficient and nice. I don’t think the sub is worth the $. This location is not as nice of condition as others I’ve been.

I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.

I ordered 2 sandwiches to be delivered about 2 miles away. After they took my money they called me back and said I was out of delivery range. I have ordered sandwiches for delivery to this address several times without problems. I still have not received a refund either.

Priscilla and Chris are easily 2 of the most welcoming and nice employees that me and my wife have ever met. They didnt mind my numerous questions about pricing, they made our food quickly, but right. I really hope that if your owners are looking for managers, these 2 deserve to be acknowledged

Had ordered on line and when I arrived they hadn’t started making my order, the coke machine was water, they only made on sandwich and I had ordered two, the bread was hard and stale. There was at least 3 1/2 to 4 hours between the time my ordered was placed and the time I picked it up! Not a good experience!

First time being disappointed with JJ’s. Drove 40 minutes round trip for rock hard bread – $30 worth of inedible food. Maybe try a different location instead to get the JJ’s fabled quality.
