An hour wait for pick up. 2 other people were in same boat as me. Unacceptable wait time. Then just sort of dumped the food on counter and i had to finish gathering our food.

Wow thanks guys really screwed the pooch of this one. 2 gargantuan sandwiches, got home and found one with black forest ham and lettuce. The othe r had salami. Other sandwich request no onion and was loaded with onion mixed in with the lettuce. Great wife can’t eat. And I paid$ 25 for a 3 dollar subway sandwich.. When called was told I could drive 20 min to get a replacement but by time I make it there they will be closed. AMAZING JOB!!!!!

I had lunch on 9/4/23 at the Vestavia Hills location and was extremely disappointed. I ended up waiting around 8 mins for my sandwich to be made, I was the only one in line it wasn’t busy. When I finally got my sandwich it was pitiful! There was hardly any meat on it. I’ve never had a sandwich like this at any other JJ location.

best customer service I’ve ever received from a JJ! I’m not sure who it was, but I ordered delivery and he was the nicest EVER! He called to confirm a change to my drink because they were out of sweet tea, and then delivered in like 10 minutes! Sandwich was great, pickle was great, and he even threw in a free brownie. Cant recommend enough!

Everyone was so sweet 🙂 I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s since I lived in Atlanta but the service was great and quick.
What brought me in was the Picklewich! I hope they decide to keep it. It’s a great low carb option for people who still want to enjoy a good sandwich 🙂 I do wish they’d post the nutritional facts for it as I had to kinda guess.
Thank you to everyone who works at this location for making this a great experience. I hope I’ll be seeing a lot more of yall!

My teenage son and his girlfriend had dinner at this Jimmy John’s tonight. They had 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and was charged $49. It’s unacceptable to take advantage of kids.

Horrendous customer service. If you must go to this location DO NOT do curbside pickup. I’ve had trouble with it four or five times now. I even spoke with a manager once and they were apologetic and helpful, but that only goes so far if the service never improves. Waiting for 20 minutes today was the final straw — only to go inside the store and be told they put it in the inside pickup area and couldn’t bring it out because there weren’t enough employees. They had my number — they could’ve called and told me that at a minimum.

Food’s good, so that earns its only star. Not very consistent with checking orders before they are sent out for delivery. This is now the second time they have messed up my order. The first time they forgot my chips, drink, and cookie and today they forgot to put on the avocado (that comes on the sandwich!), did not cut it in half, and forgot my drink. Plus it took over an hour for delivery so not so “freaky fast”. Not worth my time to call and get another delivery sent over for a lemonade, but I hope they see this and try to be more careful before sending out orders.
