I love Jimmy John’s I’ve been in this location several several times sometimes not even my girlfriend knows about it. Food’s always great always on time. I was in today and the food was less than unacceptable I wasn’t going to waste my time going back. My drive less than 5 mi to get my sandwich that I love so much and today was just awful.

Stopped here today for a quick lunch. Clerk working the register was wearing gloves, took my cash, counted out the cash, opened the drawer, counted out my change, counted the coins, and handed me all the change, all while wearing the same gloves. He then turned around and made my sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE HANDLED ALL THE MONEY WITH! That is absolutely unacceptable, and disgusting.

Ordered the Totally Tuna today. Look at the picture. That should say enough. However, what this sandwich lacks besides tuna is cheese, decent lettuce, and the bread that someone decided to gut from it. This was a total waste of money and time.

The place is clean and tidy. The sandwich was good and not too pricey. A billy club, #8, cost $7.40 for an 8 inch sandwich. With that said, the staff wasn’t all that welcoming. The food was made in the back, no was I able to give any input on how I wanted my sandwich made. I, personally, prefer not to have tomatoes on my sandwich. And for a place that advertises as “freaky fast.” They didn’t seem all that fast. I was the only customer they had and waited more than 5 minutes for the sandwich.
