Hours say they close at 9. It’s MLK day so I assume they might close a little early. Arrived to see they had a sign on the door saying “Sorry we’re closing at 8:00”. I thought that was good because I arrived at 7:45 so I can at least get in and get a quick sub and get out. As I pulled up I could see the employees looking out at me in my car about to get out probably trying to figure out what I was doing and hoping I wasn’t coming in. They quickly turned off the lights off likely to avoid me even trying to come in. Very unprofessional and rude. I’m fine with you closing early. I get it. But don’t put that you’re closing at 8:00 on your door then when you see me pull up you turn the lights off like that to avoid me and hope I go away. I would have even been ok with you coming out and telling me sorry, we’re actually closing a little earlier. I could have respected that at the very least. But to just turn the lights off like that. That’s childish. Sorry. In the future act a little more professional.

Let me start off by saying I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I must order from here at least 3 times a month. I always order the turkey tom. Here and there the workers would forget the condiments or lettuce. Yeah, it’s a bit frustrating but not a big deal right. BUT TODAY I placed an online order as usual and once I got home I was looked forward to eating my sandwich hoping this time nothing was forgotten. But you wouldn’t believe me if I told you what was left off of my sandwich tonight. THE FREAKIN TURKEY!!!!!! Forgetting the mayonnaise is one thing but forgetting to put TURKEY on a sandwich called TURKEY TOM!!!!! That’s insane to me someone needs to be fired because that’s just plain out stupidity.

Shady Business Practices & Terrible Customer Service
To start this off. I didn’t even know about the free sandwich until I got there. I was just getting my lunch.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Jimmy John’s. The owner came outside multiple times with conflicting excuses—first claiming they had no running water, then saying they had no Internet to another person, and later mentioning a water leak. Another person she said she had no internet and he replied you told another person no water. She said well yeah that too I don’t need to answer any questions. When customers tried to ask questions, she ignored them and walked away.
A gentleman nearby called her out, saying she was just shutting down to avoid honoring a free sandwich promo since they had around 80 orders to fulfill. And honestly, it sure seemed that way. The restaurant is in a strip mall, and every other business had both water and Internet.
One of the employees was outside taking customers’ names to supposedly cancel their orders once the Internet came back. But then the owner stormed out, grabbed the employee arm , and dragged her inside, telling her to get to work—despite the fact that they were closed. When I pointed this out, she ignored me, went inside, yelled at the employee saying theirs nothing we need to do, and locked the door.
To make it worse, another frustrated customer had already called corporate, and they confirmed that since the orders had been placed, the promo wouldn’t be honored—even if they canceled. So basically, they shut down to avoid giving away free sandwiches, and customers got screwed over.
Absolutely ridiculous. Shady business practices, rude ownership, and an overall awful experience. Avoid this location

Went to pick up a sandwich that I ordered online as part of a promotion. When I got there the owner said they were closed because they had no running water. She came out again and said they were closed because they had no Internet. Then she came out yet again and said they had a water leak. And then after that came out and said again, they had no Internet. When I questioned which it was she replied “I don’t have to answer your questions“ she told me to just leave. Jimmy John’s should take away her franchise license.

We frequent this Jimmy John’s about 1x-2x a month. Every time we go we are greeted. The employees who take our order help us pick out the best sandwiches for our kids whose pallets range from very picky to very adventurous. They are always patient with us.
Our sandwiches are always done properly. Sandwiches are tasty and made “freaky fast”

Food is always fine here. However without fail every single time I visit this location the interaction with staff is always painfully awkward. Blank stares, no responses, complete silence during transactions. Just very uncomfortable. It’s happened enough times with different staff that I’m convinced it’s the location.
Either way food is always fine, never had issues

They don’t participate in national campaigns such as the dollar combo, even though it’s advertised on this page.

If I could leave, no stars at all, I would! Today was the promotional small toasted sub for free. We scheduled and went to pick up our sub and there was a sign on the door saying they’re closed for an emergency. The store manager came out and she said there was no Internet, then she came out again and said there’s no water. She also complained that they had a back order of 80 subs that she needed to cancel. They’re in a strip mall so it’s hard to believe there’s no Internet or water since all the upper businesses are operating They just don’t wanna give out a free sub and that’s fine but we were buying other stuff !

My family and I spent the day at Epcot and ordered on the app as we were leaving not realizing the store closed at 7pm. Staff called to notify me that the store was closing but they would wait for us to arrive. Greeted by extremely friendly staff who were very helpful. Our sandwiches were delicious and so fresh. Were we live the Jimmy John’s doesn’t cut the 15in sandwiches. Not only did they split the 15 in sandwich In half but they split those in half as well. This is our designated Jimmy John’s for now on in our travels into Clermont/Orlando, Thank you!!!

I went today to pick up my order and they had a sign up saying they had to close. There were two workers inside and I was able to speak to one. She didn’t say why it was closed, but said they will be cancelling everyone’s order. I wish they would’ve sent a notification before having me drive and all the other customers that stopped by.
