20 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich. This is NOT freaky fast at all. Plus this is the sandwich you get. I would highly recommend you go to Jersey Mike’s for a real sub.

Have been meaning to leave this review for a while now. This is by far the best Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. On two occasions the owner was working the drive thru because he likes to interact with his customers. Super nice guy and his staff are amazing! Food is always fresh and top notch. Keep up the good work!!

We stopped by Jimmy John’s Inverness when we were passing through the area. Jimmy John’s is always a solid choice – it doesn’t matter where you are, the food and service are consistent.
It wasn’t busy at all when we were arrived and we ordered and took our food to go. The staff was friendly and made our orders quickly. I’m a creature of habit and always get a Turkey Tom unwich which substitutes a lettuce wrap for the bread. The ingredients were fresh, the lettuce crisp, and the subs are always filling.
I appreciate the great wrapping job with the unwich because I was able to eat it while driving. I’ve had lettuce wrapped burgers and sandwiches from other places and they always fall apart but not at Jimmy John’s. They’ve accomplished the impossible, lol.

I normally don’t review places. I’ve been getting JJ delivery to my work for lunch for over a year and recently the sandwiches have been skimpy and thin, not what I ordered, I normally can get past it and enjoy the sandwich. Today, however, I was fully dissatisfied, I asked for extra lettuce and barely got the normal amount, asked for extra tomato and got the smallest slices and not very many, asked for extra onions and barely had any, asked for mini croutons and that was non-existent on the sandwich. I don’t understand why my sandwich order was ignored. It’s been happening since the end of May and it’s starting to make me order less and less, soon I may never eat here again.

This was my first try of Jimmy John’s, I liked it. The signs in the bathroom were funny. Service was friendly, they even explained the menu, and helped us clean up the spill we made.

Paid extra for cheese and got home and no cheese at all! Spoke with the “manager “ Trevor and he was VERY rude ! Trevor said what do you want us to do about it ? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! UPDATE ! We were told that the OWNER was going to call today … no phone call ! And here is proof that we did NOT get cheese on our sub ( btw , still in the refrigerator… just in case they finally call for their LOUSY food back )! Remember WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT! On to Facebook and Nextdoor to complain !

The new location is nice and in a major traffic area and getting in and out quickly usually isnt going to happen due to the major intersection it located at Hwy 44 & Hwy 41. The drive thru is nice if your in a hurry, there wasn’t a line during my visit ao that was convenient. I am disappointed in the size and quantity of topping put on a sandwich. Seriously to charge nearly $6 for a sandwich with a few and I mean a very few slices of turkey like a grand total of 3 very thin slices and lettuce on an 8″ sub is crazy also cheese is extra. A meal with a lemonade 8″ sub and a small bag of chips was nearly $11 what a disappointment. Publix is the sandwich king in town as they are more fresh have more topping choices (by far) cheese isn’t extra and to make your sandwich a combo with chils and a drink is only $1.50 more, I’ll be heading to Publix from now on and so should you since its 1 minute down the road. I will say the staff was nice and the sandwich came out quickly but the reason Jimmy Johns is freaky fast is simple they don’t put much of anything on the sandwich.
