I don’t like the open atmosphere I prefer more privacy. That being said Employee Josh was an amazing help. My first time to Jimmy Johns was a great experience and he helped us out a lot figuring out the menu. We will be back because of him.

Just hosted a two-day group gathering in Venice, FL and had lunch provided both days by JJ’s-Venice. I sent the order to Robert-the store Manager, the week before requesting delivery by 12 noon each day. Each day the food was delivered right on time, and the orders were exactly as requested. Members of our group (from FL, NC, SC, and LA) all commented that the food quality was superior to their experiences in their own locales. In order to maintain a happy group and cover our agenda while on a tight schedule, it was necessary to have lunch done right and delivered right on time. Thanks to Robert and his team, lunch was done right and delivered right on time. Thanks everyone at JJ’s Venice!

The two star rating that I’m giving for food is not for the taste of it. It tasted fine. The bread was amazing as always. But I was literally shocked on the amount of turkey that they put on my turkey sandwich. There was only a slice and a half of turkey on my sandwich. I won’t be back, for that reason.

Went there for first time. I ordered 2 wraps. Almost $10.00 each. Thai chicken wrap was good. I think my friend ordered another kind of chicken wrap. Both were good. Took a long time to get through drive thru. Really nice guy at window, though!

Passive aggressive employees. Bread was tough, sandwich was bland. All sandwiches are served cold. Only one kind of cheese available (provolone). Not their fault but they share an entrance with the new car wash so it’s a nightmare getting in and out. The chips and cookie were good tho

Stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Service was quick but NOT the Jimmy Johns l remember from a few years ago! Was heading down 41 and thought about Firehouse but then remembered JJ’s and firgured l would stop. That was a mistake!Got a turkey and roast beef giant with cheese. Was shocked when he told me it was $21.92! Asked it says $16 on board but was meet with “you wanted cheese”. Not much meat on the sandwiches and not worth $22. Next time l will wait til Obee’s is open or go to Publix for half the price ! Definitely won’t be back.

The sandwiches are great, very good food but……the help is lost in the bushes. 3 of them were there when I walked in and the cashier had no idea what I wanted. The 2nd guy seemed to know what I wanted but odd people. Teach people how to work with people, many workers do not know. They do not greet you, they don’t speak clearly, they have no customer service ability.
