I decided to stop in for a quick bite….and was met with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was there today at 2:20pm. The Frontline staff was amazing and I would like to extend a shout out for the male manager on duty (I didn’t get their name). That manager, is going to be a district manager some day with how amazing he treats every customer that walks through that door….I never guess I would be leaving a review like this for a sandwich shop but I was BEYOND amazed by the experience here. Great job at this location!

The highlight of my experience every time I am there is sandwich artist and cashier Rachel she is so kind and always remembers my order. I couldn’t think of a better employee. Hope you guys never lose her. She is the reason I come to visit the JJ’s! Today I saw her working hard making the sammie’s, glad to see she’s moving up in the world. As much as I like Jehu’s sandwiches I think Rachel’s got him beat!
