Yes I went into Jimmy John’s today I asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich. They charged me $89 for avocado and when I couldn’t taste it I went back downstairs and I asked for a cookie in place of the avocado. A man then made me dig through my entire sandwich to show me that little tiny bit of out avocado that if was put in a place where I could see I wouldn’t have said anything I wouldn’t be upset. The way the man treated me in there made me feel like a piece of garbage and there were people there and he had me digging through the meat of my sandwich instead of just giving me the cookie that I asked for as you can see what little bit of avocado was on my sandwich was not worth the dollar I paid for it oh I’m sorry 89 cents I paid for it. In the future instead of making a guest feel like a piece of garbage cuz I won’t be back and I will tell everybody everybody and Word of Mouth travels that’s bad advertisement have a good day

First time at Jimmy John’s. A good #5 Original. Tomatoes were tasty, too. A clean drink fountain and dining room. The employees were helpful and friendly. We will visit Jimmy John’s again.

If you need “fast” heck, even just regular drive through time- Do NOT COME here. Sat in drive thru live a solid 20min, at least. This is NOT fast at all. In fact, slower than any fast food place around. Very sloppy as well, possibly under staffed or under trained.
Last 3xs, they never get my order right. They put extra jalapeño which cause really bad indigestion & reflux (GERD) issues. I specifically said none, then by the time I got home, I wasn’t going to drive back.Won’t be returning. I gave it 3 shots….every single time….they got it wrong. Every single time.

This review is to spotlight Crista because she has a great personality and is super professional and knows great customer service and how to treat customers.
I called earlier to place a delivery order and she was super friendly and super patient and made the experience notably pleasurable in comparison to so many of the terrible people one might encounter these days.
These days nearly everyone has a lousy attitude makes you feel like you’re bothering them and makes you feel rushed but that absolutely wasnt the case with Crista, i hope her management recognizes her and treats her accordingly.

Today is my birthday and my husband and I wanted to eat a delicious sandwich but unfortunately the giant sandwich we got was so drenched in vinegar that it was inedible we both got 2 maybe 3 bites in when we couldn’t eat any more. Mind you we got this sandwich baby 20 minutes ago to go. Won’t ever get this again.
