One would expect a place whose slogan is “freaky fast” to be, well, freaky fast. This place is anything but that. Took almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and we were the only people in line. And they didn’t give us one of our sides. Glad I checked before we drove off. This was our 1st time stopping at a JJs.

Doug the owner should not own any stores or interact with people. He makes those with disabilities who work for him feel awful. He docks their pay when they have to go to the restroom due to disability. He lies to get his way and can’t handle someone does better than Jim. Ordered the Cuban after looking over the menu being the 1st time I’ve ever eaten at a JJ. The bread was the only think that made the meal even mentionable. I now understand how they get the freaky fast part from. For all that money I should have stopped at Publix. And got a real sub. Drive through pick up so atmosphere was N/A
