Just had the worst experience at Jimmy John’s ever! I’ve been to this location before with not any problems. Today I placed an order through the app and when we pulled up to pick it up the one person working who was a tall bald guy with tattoos , he was on a smoke break and took his sweet time finishing his cigarette before proceeding to mess up our order. He made a wrap when we ordered a sandwich and loaded it with more jalapeños and sauce with barely any meat. It was impossible to eat neither my husband nor I could finish our half… I’m not one to complain but it felt almost intentional.

Gave this place another chance because it’s convenient, but I’ve eaten my last bread sandwich from here. There used to be a lot more meat on the sandwiches when they first opened, now it’s mostly bread. First pic is what I ordered. The others are what I got. Pitiful.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. Glad I tried them out for myself. The Italian sub was good. Prices were good as well paid $11.00 for a combo. I didn’t really pay attention to customer service. being that I always order food online therefore there’s really not much interaction necessary. Overall I would recommend and will be goin back.

My sandwich was one piece of lettuce that didn’t cover half the sandwich. When I said something he replied if I ever see your name again the sandwich will be free but that is how they are supposed to come. I get these all the time in downtown Lakeland and they never look like this.

Don’t go to the Bartow, fl location.Not sure why it’s so hard to make a sandwich correctly. Two days ago I go to get a sandwich and ask for light lettuce, extra extra onions and absolutely no oil or vinegar. Get my food and the lady says she had oil on her gloves and was sorry so I checked and it was full of lettuce and very little onions. Today I ordered and again hardly no onions and I said no tomatos and yes as you would guess there was tomatoes. I’m done, for the price of the food it’s not worth it

This is the second time I’ve visited this establishment and this is the second my order has been wrong. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location, but following directions is not their strong suit. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese only to get home and have cheese plastered all over it ( kind of a big deal since I’m allergic to cheese); then I ordered a second time only to have 3 of the 7 toppings I ordered on my sandwich. If you want to get what you pay for, I would DEFINITELY visit another location.
