My first time coming to the store and it was more than what I expect the person in the front line customer service Ashley gives us a great warning welcome to the store what wonderful person with a great attitude beautiful smile and a great customer service gave me the best option for a good sandwich and the person who is helping out to. I don’t know his name, but he was very helpful and nice I will be coming to the store. Again even though I live an hour and 20 minutes away, but it’s worth it. I hope Jimmy John’s corporate see yall worth … wonderful employee they have and I hope you guys are appreciated. By the company.. She goes above and beyond with every single customer she had it in store thanks Ashley for your kindness of your nice way to treat others. Picking up an UberEats order and there is at least 20 people waiting for their orders and the woman working the counter clearly can’t handle the pressure of a typical lunch rush at a sandwich chain. I tell her the name of my order and she looks around then slams stuff down and yells “CMON WHY CANT YOU PICK UP ONE THATS ALREADY BAGGED” which made the whole restaurant turn and look at me and she walks away. No “I’m sorry we’re busy it’ll be just a minute” Unprofessional and rude. I cancelled the order and would never spend a dime in here. Not to mention the ceo is a long time billionaire big game hunter. Disgusting.

WORST Jimmy John in History! Do not go to this one, management tried to argue with me about a sandwich being made wrong, I physically brought the sandwich back but since they MESSEDA the order up 3 times, the manager decided that the sandwich didn’t need to be replaced because the person that made the so called order told him the wrong thing but when I spoke to customer service they specifically said the MANAGER should of replaced the sandwich with no problem.. but instead he wanted to argue with me and then a staff member chimed in like she was the man

Order this sub. Came with mayo. Tomatoes which both I’m allergic too. They never said it came with that when I asked for onions. Waste of 13 dollors in the trash it went. 1st time trying jimmy johns amd my last time. Publix and jersery mikes is better I think. But I don’t know cause I didn’t get to taste that sub that they were too busy to ask me if I needed it replaced or my bad for not asking. Went back in for a refund and had to wait 5 mins to be told she’s busy making a sandwich and I’ll have to keep waiting..I told them customers service here sucks . I will be emailing corporate over this

Loyal customers every Thursday, we actually even called it Jimmy John’s Thursday for our autistic daughter who loved them but today for the second time our order was missing only her sandwich but this time when I called because she was upset they forgot hers and they argued they had delivered it and were not nice but said will give you a 10 dollar discount because our driver is busy for an hour, so my daughter said she’d wait because she loves Jimmy John’s so they said he would be an hour.
