Called and asked for the corporate number and was rudely hung up on 4 times. The last time they rudely said “Google it!” then hung up on abruptly. This place is a free for all and needs a clearing out of current employees. Also saw a video of them acting like animals to another customer prompting my call and subsequent treatment. This is my favorite Jimmy John’s store in the Tampa area. The staff here are always so very polite, friendly and accommodating. For example, I forgot to initially tell them to not put lettuce on my toddler’s sandwich. When I remembered to ask, they were already in the process of making his sandwich and almost done. They were not upset at all with the last min request and quickly scraped off the lettuce. It was also nice to hear from the employee how he understood since he has a little one himself and knows the struggle of feeding a picky eater. The sandwiches and wraps are alway delicious, especially when looking for a healthier option on a hot day.

They are very rude and mean here! I felt too embarrassed and didn’t want to start any drama but a Caucasian man that is balled and missing a from top tooth, another Caucasian man with dreads and a heavy set Caucasian woman brown hair and glasses were being so rude and mean. And I also witnessed them be mean to an older lady as well. They are very rude and shouldn’t work in that industry if they are going to be heartless people.

Came in with my family looking to get Jimmy johns and was greeted by whom identified himself as the manager of Jimmy Johns “Andre _______” at 12:03. I was absolutely horrified by the way he spoke to my wife as she was uncertain in her order. I am unsure as to why the manager displayed himself in such an unprofessional way but through trying to contact customer service on this location after my experience I was unsuccessful. Unluckily, I have to leave this review so that any remedial action towards this employee can be made and the service can be improved.

I want to inform everyone do not go to Jimmy Johns if you are hungry. I been receiving only half the sub with the protein protion and Icalled and asked why and they told me the meat portion is already weighed out. So basically everyone is getting ripped off almost $9 for 8inch sub with half the meat.i will say they have fresh food but thats it.
