Love jimmy john so much! But this is crazy, spent 2.45ish for a side of potato salad and this is what I get when I open it. Do not charge so much if this is all that will be put in the container. Like I said I love jimmy’s and hope the two times I got the potatoes salad was a fluke.

I’m so happy they opened a location closer to Zephyrhills! Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and we were greeted with smiles. Sandwiches were made correctly and quickly had us out when ordering to go.

Came in and ordered dinner for me and my wife and when I got home the subs tasted weird and the tomatoes looked bed as well as the lettuce looked brown, called the store and they said the manager would call back and still haven’t. I thought they would stand behind their food but apparently not totally disappointed.still haven’t called back. Just as I thought they try to hide behind their own excuses why this happened, I guess we should have asked for our receipt, that’s their excuse lol

It’s just the quality. A lot of dry areas on the sandwich where the toppings & sauces weren’t placed & the lettuce was put on just halfway on the sandwich not all the way through from one end to the other. A newer location starting off with a bad impression compared to other great locations. I never had a complaint until this location. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for years. I even worked at one so I’m familiar with the process. Overall good. I’ll be back.
